Place was run down, the staff sucked we had no pillows and they wouldn’t give us any, said free breakfast they had no food or drinks not even water the vending machines were broke it was a absolute nightmare here!!! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE

The room had been newly remodeled and was very nice! And the room was very clean. It looks like they are still working on the hallways and lobby which is good because they are a little tired and dated. The juice maker at morning breakfast was broken. But all in all I was very pleased with our room and it completely served our purpose.

This is NOT the place to stay! Check-in was fine, but the place is in terrible condition. Lots of renovations going on in all areas of the hotel. During checkin, the front desk person was on the phone and assuring some potential guest that they were just doing a little “touch up”. Simply a lie. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but that’s the only good thing I can say there. Dirty floors, no toilet tissue, bright light coming in during the night, air conditioner rattled when running, tv volume stuck on LOUD and unable to lower volume, and skimpy breakfast. When we arrived in the breakfast area, the water dispenser spigot was open and emptying onto the floor. We closed the spigot and notified the employee at the front desk (some 20 feet away). He just looked at us and did nothing. Did not even put out a wet floor caution sign! Twenty minutes later water was still standing on the floor. This was not the first bad experience we had at a La Quinta, but it will be our last. We will never stay in a La Quinta again!

The gal at the front desk was lovely. The room was newly renovated, but not fully detailed and cleaned up from construction. There was even a door hinge left on the vanity. The floor had residue from the construction in the bathroom. Could be a nice place, but not ready yet.

Worst La Quinta on Earth. Whole hotel is under construction. Doors and door frames in the hallway drywall, dust everywhere and construction cruise running drills, grinders and welding from about 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM every night. stayed three nights asked for room service every day. Never got it; one excuse after another. Their complementary buffet consist of coffee, plain bagels, plain toast, waffles, and two kinds of cereal with milk. No juice no fruit no yogurt not even any sweetener other than sugar. No towels at the pool. no extra security lock on the door and not even any hangers to put my clothes up with asked for hangers. They said they ordered the wrong one. Tough luck. Don’t stay here don’t.

It will be very nice when the renovations are complete. What had been done is nice but I had a large paint smell and it as well as renovation dust caused my allergies to react and my asthma to bother me.

Outside of lobbies were filthy with paint stains and rips of some sort if I remember, hotels themselves were pretty clean though. But the outside could use some new renovations for brand new carpet.

The heater didn’t work in the first room, had to move to a 2nd. The front desk forgot she put us in the room and walked in on us at 11:00pm. The place looked like animals had urinated and pooped all on the hallway carpet. A Kleenex was stuck in the peep hole for (privacy). Construction grinding noise from the remodeling until 9pm and starting at 7:30am. Hot tub and pool filthy! Would not recommend.

The property itself is very old. They are in the middle of renovating it. Breakfast was very small with minimal options. The staff was fantastic though! It was a stark difference from the one we stayed at the night before in Indiana.

The motel was under renovations, so the exercise room and other commodities were not available. This was not mentioned on the website when I booked and there was no discount given for this. Also, the light fixtures were hanging off the walls in the halls. The shower is very discolored. However, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the beds were comfortable.

Property was very run down. Carpets in hallway and room were old, worn and stained. Hallway walls and trim were dented, scratched and damaged. Exterior door was duct taped open and sliding glass doors to pool were left open 24 hours. The exterior door in the stairway was broken with huge spider webbing of the glass.There was damaged, broken and missing trim tiles in the bathroom. Shower head was weak and could not turn the dial to change stream. Also the lever to switch from bath spicot to shower head would not seal all the way. Room window was off track and open when I arrived. I was able to close it enough to lock but was still off track allowing noise and a draft. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the overall condition of the hotel was worn and run down.

The whole experience was terrible. From check in to check out. They didn’t have but 1 of my rooms and when we added another one it was cheaper but I wasn’t allowed to have that same price for mine. The hotel is nasty. My room didn’t have a deadbolt and looked like someone had tried to pry it open before. The hallways were so nasty. The breakfast was ok. There wasn’t anything to drink except coffee. So nothing for us non coffee drinkers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Great hotel for those traveling with pets. They are currently doing some much needed renovations to the property. Conveniently located next to a Cracker Barrel. Plenty of green space to walk your dogs and the indoor hot tub and pool are kept very clean.

It was being renovated so it was a bit messy. Hard to tell how much mess was from reno and how much was already there (like very dirty walls). The front desk person was very nice. When he heard my foot is injured and he'd put me on the 4th floor, he immediately moved me to directly across from the elevator to avoid walking extra. This was great, but several doors didn't have room numbers so I had to try the 2 rooms across from the elavtor to find the rjght one. The room itself had been renovated and was beautiful and more spacious than the rooms I usually get (deluxe king w/ pull-out sofa bed). The shower was gorgeous, and I loved the floating shelves. However, the bedding on both beds needed changed - the sofa bed had food and crumbs in it when we opened it, and I couldn't tell of the king was dirty or if the sheets were stained. The bedding is white but the sheets were kind of dingy, even the fresh ones. Bed was comfy though. Also, the lights didn't work other than the bathroom and vanity (next to the door). Again, staff was very helpful and a maintenance man was fixing it within minutes. Still, it would have been better if everything had been ready. It may be worth noting that we checked in after 9pm so this was not the case of an early check-in causing the room to not be prepared. Finally, the door did lock, but the security latch thing was broken in half, so I could not fully secure it as I usually do. I gave this 3 stars because staff was great.

It was a disaster from the beginning. The first thing was they refused to honor the rate listed on Hotel.com. The second thing was the breakfast was a joke...Had nothing but weak coffee and toast. When asked about orange juice they said it would be fixed when they got around to it. The third was the pool. It was open from 9-9. All in all I would not stay there.

The bathtub was clean but in rough shape with the finish coming off. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The juice machine was broken and all they offered was 2 kinds of cereal and waffles.
