I’ve stayed at this property twice now, and it seems the quality differs between rooms. First room I stayed in was excellent, spacious, nice bathroom, etc. The room I stayed in recently was overall fine, but didn’t have a microwave or fridge, and the bathroom was kind of icky. There was obvious water damage on the ceiling and the light was so dim I had to keep the door open while showering.

They took money off my card before time, There was no fridge or microwave The bath tub was broken The house keeper went into room after i told her i didn't need any service besides towels She went in made the bed with same sheets and didn't clean, touched my daughter in laws purse i would not recommend this place to anyone

The property was dirty and smelly. The walls were paper thin, when asked to change rooms we were placed in a room that smelled worse. There was no toilet paper or clean towels in the room either.

Property is very run down. Train yard nearby squealed with brake noise all night long. Beds were concave and mattress looked like a taco. Room smelled like pet urine. Front desk person couldn’t care less.

Very old and outdated facilities. The breakfast was shabby, they didn’t have eggs, the coffee looked like brown water and we didn’t even eat there (we chose this hotel because it offered free breakfast). La Quinta usually is quality but this one specifically was very disappointing.

There is rust and rotting wood all over this facility. When we got to our room the lights were on, tv was on and the dresser was pulled away from the wall like someone had been plugging something in. The beds were wrinkled like people had rolled around on top and 2 pillows were missing. There was a towel hanging over the shower curtain like it had been used. No other towels, or wash cloths, or hand towels, no bath mat. The seal on the bathtub was sagging and I could see the mold and rot around the edge of the tub. There was hardly any toilet paper, no tissues, no toiletries, etc. disgusting conditions for $100 per night.

Got to our room. The mattresses were filthy. Tv didn’t work. Moved the dresser away from the wall and found 3 empty beer cans and a maxi pad behind the dresser. Front desk guy didn’t really care. The maintenance guy who came to the room was more upset about what we found than the front desk guy. They cleaned it up and fixed the TV. Would not stay here ever again.

The property had cigarette butts scattered around the front of my room and paper waste , also chewed gum that I almost stepped in. Inside the room was not up to wyndham hotels standards at all. The police had been called at 3:30 to stop a fight between two guests a door or two down waking me up . This property should be checked out by corporate and shut down.

Old, in need of rehab. Corners cut on supplies: no laundry bag, tissue small and thin, toilet paper very poor, no usb port, breakfast had no bacon or sausage or scrambled eggs. Furniture is very old and tile cracked and sink cracked. Reserved a king bed and got two full beds, not queens—fulls. Although this is an example of poor management of just one property, it is such an adverse reflection on La Quinta that we will never stay at one of their hotels again.

Absolutely overpowering odor in the lobby. Room was dirty. Floor had not been vacuumed in a long time and had sticky spots; sheets had stains, there was a spent shell casing and a cigarette butt on the floor just inside the door and the beds sagged in the middle. Staff was friendly, that was it.

The lobby and reception area was completely deceiving as to the rest of the hotel. Our room was disgusting. It smelled like a wet cat. The floors did not look or smell clean. The bathroom was the worst. If we had anywhere else to go or the money to spend we would have left immediately. Will never stay at a LaQuinta or Wyndham property again.

The toilet was clearly not clean. This make me wonder what else wasn’t clean. I felt uneasy about showing and sleeping in the sheets because of how dirty the bathroom looked. There was so much noise coming from the highway right outside. The walls were so thin, we could here a couple outside our room yelling at each other at 2 in the morning.

Overall it is what you expect out of this type of motel. However there was a high pitched sound all night from the train yard that went on all night. Our mattress was very old and uncomfortable. Not a bad place overall. Room needed maintenance, but at the price I don’t expect it to be perfect.

In disrepair. Non smoking room reeked of smoke upon opening door. Two lights didn’t work. Two wall sockets did not work. Needed to move furniture so I could charge phone. Hand held shower head did not work and regular head had almost no pressure. Bars holding shower head not attached to wall anymore. Holes in wall where towel bar had been. Bed too low. I’m only 5’10” and bed was below my knees. As disabled person almost impossible to get out of

The property was in disrepair, dirty, paint peeling, water dripping, smoke alarm battery low and alarm signal beeping. at 1:30 in the morning the guests downstairs started fighting screaming and cursing vulgarities, slamming doors until 4:00 am. I called the police at 2:30. The management did nothing. I would advise you too avoid this place. You could do better staying in a jail cell

The shower was horrible sprayed everywhere the floor knocked as If we would have fell through and it’s very noisy room service didn’t clean the room the whole weekend very hard to park

This was a nice stay for a one night concert at Bridgestone. It is right beside Waffle House, which was convenient. Overall the room was clean and comfortable; my husband and I had a great time!
