Among complimentary amenities in this Nashville hotel are use of the TV room with its 27-inch flat-panel screen and seating for four, use of a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer, all in the Gallery area; and hotel-wide wireless Internet access.

“Cant wait to go back to Hyatt Place Opryland!”
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place Opryland. The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was actually quite comfortable and the AC worked great. The shower had quite a bit of pressure which is kind of unusual for a hotel and we always had plenty of clean towels. Make sure you put them on the floor if you need new ones, the hotel has recently went 'green' and will only replace your towels if you pile them in the floor. Same goes for the bed, place the information sheet on the bed if you want them to change the linens. Otherwise, they will just make it. The hotel staff was excellent, Jennifer, Katie-Grace and David in particular were exceptional. We took advantage of the free hotel shuttle to the Opryland Hotel. It also goes to the Airport if needed. If you need to go downtown, get them to call Jerry with Tommy's Tours. He is equally as amazing as the hotel staff and will take you downtown and pick you up for $10 a person for both ways! We cant wait to come back!! The only downfall to the trip was the heat and the cicada invasion. They will be hanging around for the next couple of weeks so beware!
“highly recommend”
I can't understand why this hotel does not rate better, unless it is the location to downtown, but with the shuttle service and tour buses available that shouldn't really be an issue. I would rate it stars above some of the better rated hotel I've stayed in. Very clean, with polite, friendly, and helpful staff and one of the best and most varied continental breakfasts I've ever seen in any hotel. I will highly recommend this hotel and will check out other Amerisuites when I travel.
“Affordable Fun in Nashville”
Pleasant, clean, roomy, and very close to Opryland and other fun dining. An affordable alternative to staying at the resort. We had a wonderful room with a mini-bar, sink, comfortable couch, desk, free wifi and huge flat screen TV.
“Surprisingly Impressed”
This hotel is currently going through renovation and will become the new and improved Hyatt Place. Everything in the hotel room was comfortable and new. The TV was the best part! I was overall surprisingly impressed, the only down fall were the loud noises early in the morning due to renovation.
“Great Hotel”
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, and once again I was very pleased. The staff was great, however the girl in charge of the breakfast seemed a little frazzled because it was extremely busy. The continental breakfast was adequate (not the best I've had, but also not the worst), the breakfast area was extremely congested but I think we went at the busiest time of the morning. All in all, we love this hotel. We have stayed at the Opryland Hotel across the street and actually prefer the rooms and spaciousness of the Hyatt. We will definitely be back again!
“Great stop after a long day driving”
We were beat after 12 hours on the road and enjoyed having a glass of wine at the bar in the lobby. We got a good suggestion for dinner from the desk clerk. Late in the evening, a tornado hit near by, and the staff was calm and helful while the power was out for a few hours. We will stop again on our way back to Illinois from Florida next year.
“Very nice”
Maybe a little understaffed
“Great hotel”
Great Hotel!!! Easily sleeps 6 people although only for 4. Nice breakfast. NOt many channels for children on tv without paying for it. Great location next to restaurants and Opry Mills only about 2 min. away. Would stay again.
“Nice atmosphere”
Great experience. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Self check in and check out center was very convenient.
“Would definitely stay again”
When visiting Nashville and wanting to be near Opryland, I would definitely stay at the Hyatt Opryland again. It is very accessible to all Opryland venues, clubs and restaurants. The entire staff are exceptional and make you feel at home. Very hospitable, accomodating, helpful and friendly. One of the most pleasant stays I have experienced in the many Hotels I have visited.
