“Hotel Indigo - FTW”

The hotel was great. The atmosphere was really hip without going over the top. I was only in town for one night for work and the hotel bar had some really amazing live music!

“Would go back to Indigo”

This was my first visit to Nashville and stayed at the Indigo in downtown Nashville. I was very pleased with the staff and the room was nicely furnished and very cleaned. I enjoyed the fitness center and was equipped with free weights and cardo machines.

“Fantastic. They clearly understand the description Hotel Boutique.”

My wife was blown away by this hotels attention to detail. The cleanliness was second to none and the Hotel staff were exceptional. If you frequent hotels and look for those little details this is your spot. This hotel was just up the street from the downtown strip in Nashville which made easy to walk into town if you're the type. Very easy to navigate around town from this location. There is a Hotel Indigo in town but I actually think I preferred this one because of the ease of parking and proximity to the area malls and other attractions. But I'm sure that hotel would have been just as nice. Also, the Expedia on-line reservation process was simple and streamlined. Unless something changes I will look for one of the Hotel Indigo brand of hotels for all my domestic travel plans. Very Nicely done.

“Hotel Indigo Nashville-West End a great stay!”

I think first and formost it was the staff, from the valet to the front desk, (a great guy), to the cleaning staff top of the line best hands down. The hotle well the halls are in need of fresh carpet and the stairwell is just rough. Our first room wasn't as clean as we'd hoped but the front desk fixed us right away and the second one was fine. Good location very comfortable rooms clean bathes and if for no other reason once again the staff the staff the staff made the stay and I look forward to going over and over again. Not to mention that last min. buy on Expedia!! If your in Nashville on the West end make this your hotel of choice I have.

“best hotel stay in nashville”

We actually live right outside of Nashville but were planning on staying downtown for a friend's birthday. I got Hotel Indigo through the unpublished rates by per chance. I had seen it before and was excited to get to stay there. It was really a wonderful experience from start to finish. I mean literally the only thing I can think of I didn't like was how much they charge to park your car there ($20). I think that is a little high so we (being from Nashville we knew where to look) found cheaper parking close by and just walked to the hotel. A lot of reviews mention a downtown shuttle which they no longer have but I am not sure why. The hotel staff were all very nice. The hotel itself is in wonderful condition and in a pretty convienent area as well. They actually have live music in the lounge on the weekends which I thought was pretty cool. I also enjoyed the later check out time (11:00 am) most hotels around Nashville have a 10am checkout time. I literally can't think of one thing (other than the parking issue) that could have made the stay any better especially for the price we paid!
