“Awesome hotel staff”
The hotel front desk was exceptional from checking to check out. We were accommodated on every request. I would recommend that some minor maintenance on the interior of the room ( carpet threads loosely exposed). Bedroom lamp shades had been broken and would not stay straight. Grouting repair in tub area. This hotel has a very outdoor indoor feel. Wonderful relaxing time was experienced. Thank you.

Awesome rooms, nice staff, beds comfy. The rooms and entire building were extremely clean.
“Great value.”
Nice location just outside of Nashville. Both pool and the hotel appearance were great. For the price, this was a great value.
“Key card snafu”
There was a recurring problem getting our key cards to open the doors (both rooms). Trekking back down to the desk was quite annoying especially when it became a third and fourth time. I have no idea why this happens, but it shouldn't happen.
“Beautiful”
The location was great. The hotel was beautifully decorated. My only problem was the air conditioning -- weather was too hot and humid and A/C couldn't keep up. But the rooms were very large and very comfortable otherwise.
“If we ever need a hotel there again, we would stay there.”
For the price, the room was very nice and big. The bed had to be one of the softest beds I have ever slept on in a hotel ever.
“Happy Visit in Brentwood”
Oddly enough once I got to my room I understood some of the other reviews about the remodel job not being done very well--ie you can see paint already chipping off the old tile in the shower, the handle on the closet door was barely hanging on, the fancy sconce on the wall didn't even have a bulb, etc. Overall the lighting in the entire suite was lacking and I actually was not able to read even if I turned on all the lights. BUT these things really didn't affect my stay and the room and hotel were just more than fine for me. I did actually happen to have the worst night's sleep of my life on my first night, as I realized in the morning that right outside my bedroom window was the huge air conditioning unit powering the entire facility. I think it stopped cycling on and off at midnight or 1am. But I moved for the remainder of my stay to another room, which turned out to be quiet and with a nice view. The staff was quite nice and accommodating. I ordered room service which was actually pretty good--except was surprised that they didn't even bring me a glass of water or even a little vase--you know, there wasn't any nice touch on the tray. But the cobb salad and truffle mashed potatoes were heavenly. I'd definitely stay at this place again--just a really fine room, good desk area, nice to have a living room, really really huge bathroom and vanity area. It's so nicely situated half way between Franklin and Nashville--this was the perfect location and right off the freeways.
“Nashville's Finest”
My children and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was perfect . There was plenty of space in the suite to include a nice large bathroom. My girls age 8 & 15 really enjoyed the pool. The fitness center looked idea for workout buffs. The lobby area was picturesque and would be a pleasant setting for a wedding reception (not sure if they allow the space to be used for it). I definitely had a great deal--superb quality!
“Loved it!”
The room actually felt like my apartment, it seemed unique and I didn't feel like I was staying in a hotel. The bedding was amazing, the curtains actually blocked out the light, and I now have to hunt down the shampoo that they provide so I can buy it and use it at home.
“Would stay there again!”
Although the hotel was outside of Nashville, it was very easy to get to all of the attractions. The 2 room suite had a very nice layout; bathroom was very large. Had a problem with the air conditioner the first night. Maintenance quickly responded to & corrected the problem.
