Property Amenities
Relâche Spa, the Gaylord's 27,000-square-foot on-site spa and fitness center, offers guests myriad ways to relax and rejuvenate. Set amidst the hotel's gardens, the European-inspired spa has an indoor/outdoor pool and 12 private treatment rooms (including a double therapy treatment room for couples).
The spa menu offers the usual amenities (massage, facials, body therapies, salon and men's services, for example), but it also expands on them: items such as the executive golf pedicure, mother-to-be-massage, sunless tanning, and children's menu—featuring a princess up-do, teen manicure/pedicures, and a "wiggle worm haircut"—illustrate how this spa goes beyond the expected.
The fitness center component has more than 30 separate stations for cardio, circuit, and weight training; personal training, body composition analysis, and wellness and fitness classes are all available as well.
Restaurants at this Nashville hotel feature steak, Italian, seafood, sushi, buffet, and more; liquid refreshment choices include a Jack Daniel's saloon, Irish pub, and revolving atrium lounge. Shops are scattered throughout the complex and offer everything from Godiva chocolate to flower arrangements to country music.
Business travelers can take advantage of a staffed Ikon business center, while the more leisurely inclined can enjoy floating through the indoor Delta gardens on a flatboat, splashing in two outdoor pools, or watching DJs in action at the on-site radio station.
Other amenities include a 24-hour concierge, 24-hour room service, airport shuttle (surcharge) at scheduled times, live entertainment, and wedding planning.

“Very good place to stay in Nashville”
It was a very good experience with shuttles to anywhere we wanted to go. Did not have to use my car until the day we left. Will go again
“Opryland great experience!”
Hotel property is a must see when in Nashville. Experiencing the hotel is best as a guest. The restaurants and lounges provide a wide variety of choices. Costs are higher than surrounding hotel properties, but off times provide a great opportunity for savings.
“Will return”
We wer impressed with the Hotel .The Restaurants , Shops and entertainment were wonderful
“Great Hotel!”
This was our second stay at the Opryland Resort and it just gets better every time! The rooms were recently redone with new furnishings and carpet and were EXTREMELY nice! It's nice to see a hotel that takes the money coming in and does something productive with it! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Also best restaurant on the grounds is the Ristorante Volaire, great NY Strip dinner!!
“Amazing place”
Spent a week there and still didn't see everything on the property. The shuttle services were excellent and it was easy to get information about transportation, about way-finding around the hotel, about entertainment, about restaurants.
“Go at Christmas”
Great hotel, not thrillrd with the parking charge and the $15.00 per day resort fee they add on. Other than that enjoyed very much.
“What a great place”
I can't imagine going to Nashville and not staying at the Gaylord Opryland resort. I stewed over the decision on whether to stay here or somewhere else. In the end thought "what the heck!" It was a wonderful experience. The only downside was that there was a really nice indoor pool but it was freezing! (Too cold to use the outdoor ones). I took my Mom who was visiting from England and my 5 and 2year old children. We all had a great time. It was just a short walk away from the Opryland.
“graet time”
was concerned when arrived that it was too far out of town but that not true there is a shuttle to take you into town. hotel fabulous staff very friendly and accomedating highly recommend this hotel
“Pleasantly Surprised”
This was my first stay at Gaylord Opryland Resort. I loved it. We never left the building in the three days that we were there. I would definitely go back.
“We will go back again”
We stay at this hotel often. will go back again.
