“Enjoyed our stay in Nashville”
The hotel served an excellent complimentary breakfast. We were impressed with the variety and the chef.
“Excellent choice for visiting Vanderbilt!”
We had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is very close to the Vanderbilt campus, and the shuttle service is very convenient for those trips withing a two mile radius, which includes the Vanderbilt campus and downtown locations. I had reserved a shuttle ride to the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, and when the shuttle was running late, one of the valets took us over in his personal car so we wouldn't have to wait for a cab and possibly miss the performance. The breakfast buffet was very good; the omlette bar was a real treat. The entire staff was extremely helpful, starting with Kat at the front desk. We will be staying here again!
“Very nice accommodations”
The hotel room and location were excellent for the price. Hotel is about 1.5 miles away from downtown Nashville's main attractions. The Blackstone restaurant and Gigi's cupcakes were a big hit and located close to our hotel.

Overall great experience - great location, very helpful desk clerk, hotel clean and modern, complimentary drinks and breakfast were huge plus.
“Awesome hotel, great service, great location!”
I've been coming here for years, I don't see why this hotel has a 3 star average rating, it is at least 3.5 or 4 star considering the quality and service. Walking distance to some restaurants and bars, and a short shuttle or taxi ride to downtown. Rooms all have 2 new fairly large flat HDTVs. The lobby area is very open and gets lots of tourists so it may be noisy for some, but it's Nashville and a good time. Not to mention free drinks at happy hour. Very friendly staff, even the housekeeping didn't rush me to check out. I will definitely be staying there again!
“Nashville Friendliness Extraordinare”
This is a great hotel! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They happily take care of any issues. We had a major problem with our room (not the hotel's fault) and they had us moved to a new room in minutes. The complimentary breakfast is a bonus; and the manager's reception (even though no manager is present ;-) is also a welcome treat. It is a few kilometres from the downtown district but the walk was great from the hotel to downtown (and they have a shuttle for less mobile customers). It was an outstanding value for the experience and really demonstrated the friendliness of Nashville hospitality.
“Great Experience”
I have stayed more than once at this hotel and find it to be well above average. The suite is spacious and comfortable. Room service is fantastic with the Omaha Steakhouse. They always call and make sure your order is right. I found the exercise room to be small, but adequate, unless there are several people working out. The overall service is great and the free shuttle is a life saver.
“Best Time!!”
The hotel was awesome! The shuttle service was amazing. They would take you anywhere in a 2 mile radius and then you could just call them and they would pick you up. The Breakfast was awesome and the happy hour was great as well. We will definitely be staying at Embassy Suites again. We had the best mini vacation in Nashville!!
“Great van service”
The van was the best. they took us around the Vanderbilt campus and to the downtown area.
“Great Nashville hotel and service”
Just returned from an great weekend in Nashville and would strongly recommend this hotel. Location is near music row, a little distance away from the honkey tonk area but not enough to really matter. This hotel included an wonderful free breakfast with made to order omelets every morning; a manager's cocktail party every evening with free drink and snacks; free shuttle until 10:00 PM to anywhere within two miles of hotel (honkey tonks, country music museum and most in town attractions are all within two miles). Shuttle would not only drop you off, but would come and pick you up anywhere you wanted when you called them. We found all hotel personnel very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge and valets who handled the shuttle service, and who were very helpful calling cabs for us when we needed to go further than two miles. We would go back to this Embassy Suites anytime.
