Our room was very nice, the bathroom smelled a bit strongly of bleach, but it was nice to know it was very well cleaned. View was great, bed was comfy, and area was very nice and felt safe.

My wife and I love staying here, for the breakfast, for the "kick-back" (free "supper"), the location -- we love visiting Franklin; the staff was excellent: I forgot my razor, and went shopping in the "market" store; I couldn't find what I was after, so I asked, and the person stocking the store left what they were doing to try to help. There is popcorn available most of the time in the lobby, and we couldn't be happier with our stay.

The only thing we didn’t love was we were on the 10th floor and it was a nightmare trying to get an elevator. Always a long wait. But it was a busy weekend for them so it wasn’t a deal breaker for us.
