Pros: Starbucks located in lobby :)
Easy walking distance to many attractions downtown Nashville. The hotel is very quiet for being a downtown location. Rooms very comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed.

Great LocationPosted 25-Mar-2014
This Hotel was great and staff was friendly. I loved the Choclate Chip Cookie upon booking in. My only gripe is that there aren't any views of the city. There is buildings taller than the hotel all around it. However, it was located within 3 blocks of Broadway. 30 Minutes to Airport.

The staff were all very friendly, except the security guard who stalked us whenever we would step out to smoke.

Nice hotel, great extrasPosted 11-Mar-2014
Pros: Location-about 5 blocks from Broadway, most of the staff, beds were comfy
Cons: The bathrooms need some updating-to look more like the nice restaurant bathrooms. Our tub was clogged and took a long time to drain.
Location: Broadway is just a few blocks down the hill. Easy to walk. Free shuttle service will take you anywhere and puck you up.
The hotel staff was very accommodating for our Bachelorette trip, especially the concierge and the shuttle service. The shuttle was always ready to go and picked us up within about 5 minutes. Jonaye, the concierge even answered calls and helped us after hours. She is awesome!

Nice hotel close to the action in Music CityPosted 11-Mar-2014
Pros: Starbucks in the lobby was a great perk.
Cons: Need more than two washcloths per day.
Location: Everything is nearby---Broadway & all the bars, etc. Opry Mills is 10 min. away.
Had a great time in Nashville. DoubleTree was very nice, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Double dontPosted 6-Mar-2014
Pros: It was downtown in a good location
Cons: Update the rooms
Location: Near a lot of restaurants and attractions
Lobby looked great staff to assist if i needed anything. Room was clean but its look was dated and peeling. Pillows were comfy but double beds not great if you are tall like i am. Bathroom was spacious but was rusty arounded edges.

Great hotel and great location!Posted 24-Feb-2014
I threw a bachelorette party for a friend of mine. The hotel's location was perfect to where we wanted to be in downtown Nashville. When we arrived, there wasn't a record in the system of our reservation, but the staff were very friendly and took care of it, even upgrading us to a junior suite. Hotel was very pretty and clean, and we all had a great time!
