“Convienent and safe location”

I never stayed at an America's Best Value so when I was driving up from FL and saw some of the other hotels from the chain along the highway, i was a little concerned. It turned out to be a nice small hotel with all the rooms inside. The service was friendly and the rooms were clean. There was an odor in the lobby that was unpleasant, but I think it was just the type of cleaning supplies they used. No frills. Minimal breakfast. No coffee in room. Small shampoo packets, no conditioner. Overall, not bad.

“Not Worth It!”

This place was not worth the money spent. I paid extra for their breakfast and I have seen better continental breakfasts! Housekeeping did not speak English and left a lot to be desired.

“Was not terrible but would not go back”

Hotel was in a location that was quiet which was nice. I did not have a whole lot of dealing with the staff at all, all my reservations were made and paid for online. The hotel is VERY VERY outdated with black writing on all their items HUGELY. The wall paper was coming down in the room, the bed was ok, the room size was very small and the fridge was a little noisy but not bad enough to leave and go somewhere else because it was New Year's Eve. Overall, for the price I would have paid an extra 20.00 to stay somewhere else.

“it's OK”

The "normal" things cleaned in the room were fine but over all it needed a cleaning. Parking is a hassle.

“Potential....”

This place has potential. It was clean and modern. However the beds were as uncomfortable as can be and the AC failed to function. It was late fall, so the outside temp was fine, but we sleep with the ac on low for comfort. Internet was really slow. Hopefully a one time thing...

“Franklin TN”

Rude service staff, chastised my dad for asking what the room price was. "You should know that! You booked it through Expedia!"

“Disrepair”

i read the reviews in here before i booked my room for the memorial day holiday weekend, i am very well aware that you have to take reviews with a grain of salt, and i have always booked the hotel has more good reviews than bad. with that said as i walked through the door there was a strong odor of body odor in the foyer. after check in we went to the room and saw the condition of the room , these were some things we noticed over our stay handle of the bathroom almost falling off, bad patch job on ceiling where it looked like someone jambed something through ceiling, large tears in wall paper and there fix was staping it back to wall, mattress was 12" larger than box springs. other problems that we noticed during our stay , 6' large areas of wall paper tore off and repaired with staples in hallway and stairwell, and last but not least when i went to the front desk when i noticed that we did not have a do not disturb on the back of the door, when i told them i needed one they said they have none and when i thought the person was going to write a note to manager to get one or order more he ripes a piece of tape off and puts it on the paper and tells me that i should put it on my door. the note said " DO NOT DESTURB" no there was no typo on my typing it was the cherry on the top. do not stay here , spend a extra $20-30/night and stay at one of the many other hotels on the street and within a mile of this location. and FYI the hotel was not under remodel or construction

“one of the worst hotels I have ever seen”

It was a horrible expierence. We were told we would have three rooms with one for an 85 year old and they told us they only had two rooms. The woman at the lobby desk was rude and not knowledgeable of anything. She seemed lost at her job. She was so aggravated at us and was very rude. In the first room we were given, the toilet had urine in it and the flush did not work. It was hot and stunk of cigarettes. The next one that we stayed in was hot too, and the drain in the tub did not work. The breakfast was slack and only strong coffee, white bread and dried cornflakes. We were so glad to leave. I would not recommend this to anyone.

“ummm...don't really have the words to explain”

Hotel Manager was VERY nice. My daughter and I were looking for a clean inexpensive room to spend the weekend for a basketball tournament. We got to the room....realized immediately it was very damp....even sleeping in the overly squishy bed it just seemed damp. I noticed in the morning I had a bite on my foot. Didn't think much of it....then was the shocker....red ants ALL over. In our bags, in my purse (which I ended up leaving behind because it was just infested) all over vanity counter. It was a nightmare. They offered to spray while we were out, I told them I would like to check out. Expedia and hotel DID refund the 2 remaining nights. I was still charged for the night I spent, but manager did give me $10 for my trouble. Sooooooo.......it is something to laugh about now, but at the time, not funny at all. The hotel was crowded and I did not see others checking out for the same reason, but, that was my experience. So book at your own risk.......Again, the manager was very nice, but we ended up at Baymont in Brentwood. They were also veery nice...but with very comfortable beds and no bugs!!! Happy Travels
