“Nice place!”

This was my first time at this chain. It was very cool. They had a nice bar and Pool table in the lobby. It's aimed at a younger hipper group than any other chain. I really liked it, but the cost was a bit high for the location.

“Great location for Nissan”

Pleasant, comfortable, clean, with a bit of an edge. Only problem was the noisy fridge which I turned off.

“Close to historic Franklin”

This hotel was all that it promised with the exception of the "gourmet" market which was stocked with frozen food dinners (unless you consider Stouffer meals to be "gourmet"). But the staff was extremely friendly; we were there on Thanksgiving day on our way south, and although the hotel restaurant was closed, the staff steered us to local restaurants that were open. Nearby Franklin is wonderful for a visit.

“Would stay at Aloft again”

Loved the style - finally felt like I wasn't in a hotel...

“Everything but the bed and no comp. breakfast is perfect”

Because of its cleanliness and clean lines, I will recommend this hotel in spite of the fact that the beds could be softer and the lack of a complimentary breakfast is an inconvenience. also, they need to check the content of the magazines in the lobby. Too many young teams stay here to be looking at the transgender models.

very unique and well-trained staff. Catered to our every request with genuine southern hospitality. It is like spending the night in an IKEA store. great bar!

“Great Hotel- A little Noisy”

The stay was great. I was very pleased with the room and the amenities that it has. The only complaint I have is the outside noise from the interstate. Wish they had used thicker glass when constructing the hotel to block more of the traffic going by. I might suggest soft ear plugs when staying here if you are sensitive to noises when you sleep.

“Will stay at Aloft Again”

Hotel is vibrant, crisp, modern, minimal. I love the design and use of space in the room. Bed was comfortable, not to firm, not to soft. Large shower is a welcome surprise. I usually wear ear plugs during my hotel stays, but I forgot to bring them. Amazingly, I did not wake up during the middle of the night from noise from the hallway!

“Nice hotel, but a little pricey since no complimentary breakfast”

NIce hotel. Very close to the Cool Springs Mall and restaurants. Lots of traffic though surrounding hotel and i could hear the traffic from the interstate in my room. Clean, Nice weight room. Nice TV in room. A little pricey when you consider there was no complimentary breakfast. However, they do sell food and toiletries on site.

“Need better bathrooms”

There was absolutely no parking and the bathroom reminded me of being at a gym. I like plush bathrooms, not a shower head in a room where after you take a shower you can't use the bathroom unless you want to track water everywhere. The rest of the room was ok.
