“3 night stay”
We stayed for a short trip only 3 nights. The rooms are great, but ask for a corner room as they are larger than the regular rooms and have two balcony's. The food and drink are very pricey! Coffe is about $5 each morning. The beach has many many shells...hard to walk on. Service was friendly and all were eager to please. Bring lots of singles as tipping is a must. Be aware the food and drink and poolside billing all includes an 18% service fee or tip.
“Wonderful vacation with kids”
The hotels offers everything you need with two kids. The rooms are very nice and large enough with two kids (7 and 9). Service personal is friendly (we got one exception in the restaurant). Pool with the water slide is the attraction for kids (there were a lot of them!). The beach is very nice and not too civilised (not packed by deck chairs next to the other). The view from the beach restaurant is fantastic. The short way through the mangroves is fun by walking or tram.

Highly recommended for business and/or pleasure...beautiful rooms, great views, awesome food and superbe service...you could not ask for more!!!
“Very comfortable, excellent service”
A wonderful resort for your vacation. Beach is beautiful, however take note the boardwalk beginning at the hotel to the beach is almost a mile, so if you like to jog, it's perfect! If you need a ride, the hotel has golf carts which take you directly to the beach & will bring you back. They run back & forth all day long until dusk, so you don't have to worry about missing your ride back. Food & drinks are awesome but be aware, the prices are high.

An incredible vacation week, very clean, peaceful, BEAUTIFUL,extremely friendly staff. I have never been more pleased with a vacation resort and am already recommending it to friends and family.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very friendly, concierge was very helpful. Great place to bring kids and feel safe.
“Naples Best of the Best!!!!!!!”
The staff was friendly and courteous from the moment we drove up to the hotel. We arrived and the same bell man greeted us every day of our stay he remembered us and made us feel welcomed the entire time. Arrived early and the concierge called as soon as our room was ready (12:30pm) check-in is 4pm. We went to the Naples Grand Beach Resort to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel sent up champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The pool area was clean and the staff courteous. Transportation to the private beach was timely we didn't have to wait at all. I will go back! A Naples gem!!!!
“Fantastic Hotel!”
This hotel was just great. The room was very nice and the hotel offers everything you need while you are there. They had drink specials at the bar on Friday night. It's a great place to take your family or friends!

“Modern Satisfaction”
Naples Grand Resort and Club is very trendy and the service very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy while the pool area relieved any stress I had. A tram provides free and timely transportation to the beach which was beautiful. The only downfall is the food although tasty is way overpriced. I recommend hitting up different restaurants throughout the Naples area instead. I would definitely go back.
