La porte d’entrée ne se fermait pas à clé. La chambre n’était pas équipée (absence de sèche-cheveux). La propreté est à revoir (cheveux dans la douche, saletés autour du lavabo). Les réceptionnistes n’étaient pas accueillantes. La chambre est spacieuse mais vieillotte et le lit pas confortable.

Il s’agit d’un Motel très ancien ancien et vétuste. Les chambres et sdb sentent l’humidité ! L’hôtel est situé face à l’arrière cours de restaurant et station service avec du bruit toute la nuit. Quelle erreur de choix !

This place is a dump. I didn’t expect much from a hotel offering $100/night rooms in Naples. Most hourly hotels have better security better tv, better amenities, s clean floor, a decent bathroom, plugs for your chargers for phone and computer near bed and most of all have a 20th century key card system not an actual door lock key that can be duplicated and used anytime. My blinds in the window didn’t close properly and I could hear and see everyone in the parking lot as they walked by and had conversations. The front desk staff was rude and told me after 111pm. No one is onsite to let me back in my room. Seriously? What if there’s an emergency like a fire. Or injury. Obviously they care only about the $! Grabbed my $59 deposit I immediately and the ice machine is 3 parking lots away. The linens were filthy as was the laminate flooorong. Never staying there again

Great place to stay. Stayed one night with my two young boys and everyone was welcoming. The room was perfect for the us and close to a lot of activities.

No one had the courtesy to call me to remind me of check in ending at 11pm I arrived after work at 1115 and couldn’t check in. Had to sleep in my car. They need a better system. Also refused to issue a refund.

Dear guest: We are sorry you could not make it last night. We have an automatic reminder sent to guest's email about our lobby hours. If guests are arriving after hours we definitely are able to stay longer to wait for them. However, I just checked and full refund was issued. Wir hatten extra als Upgrade ein Executive Zimmer mit King Size Bett genommen weil uns auch die Bilder gegenüber dem Standard Zimmer besser gefallen haben. Schöneres Bett, Schreibtisch und im Bad eine feste Duschtür anstatt dem Vorhang. Bekommen haben wir trotzdem ein Standardzimmer weil die Bilder vom Familienzimmer stammten. Also alles Fake ! Sehr enttäuschend...hätte man sich das Upgrade sparen können. Wände sehr dünn, sprich man hört den Nachbarn husten oder schlimmeres machen. Nie wieder so eine Absteige. Dafür ist der Preis einfach zu teuer !

I know this was probably the cheapest stay in Naples but the quality of the room was not the best. My check in was good, friendly staff can not complain but the room was very bad, the mattress was very uncomfortable and the shower room was not very clean.

Checked in and they booked us for a double which was incorrect-they told us they were out of singles. Once entering room, it was a strong cigarette smell and I am allergic to smoke. Ac didn’t get very cold and bad was very hard. Under $100 in Naples is hard to beat but the stay was very minimal and uncomfortable
