Beautiful hotel and perfect location. A lot of dinning options less than 5 minutes away. Amenities were good except the AC, for some reason you're not allowed to adjust the temperature when it's cold outside, it only let's you use the heater. Besides that, everything was excellent.

Amazing view off the water while enjoying a great breakfast.and cappucino. Property was well maintained and staff friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for any stay in Naples.

The hotel was incredibly busy because of a medical conference and as casual tourists it would t have been our preference to stay there because of that. On the other hand, staff were competent, helpful & professional. We appreciated an upgrade to our room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working well & the weather was warm. Nothing we did with the thermostat made it any cooler in our room.

Meh, not much to it.
Hotel staff (front desk) are incredibly rude and obnoxious even though this is a subpar hotel compared to staying in a nice hotel in the US. Low security, allowing for varmint and loiters to hang out at the hotel lobby and front door. No shuttle to the I airport, so you have to deal with the scammers taxi drivers.

The location is very nice with a lovely view outside of the hotel. Good hotel to stay, but they much need to improve on their cleanliness. You could see the bathroom tiles’s grout been very dirty, as well as by the door. There was an accumulation of dirty deposited there.

Flawless service and accessibility. They make charges that don't respect the hotel. For example, entering the baraka, they make a charge of 5 euros per person per hour or ordering an omelet. This is an extra charge.

The hotel is a bit run-down. The wifi is very slow, if connectable. The aircon stops functioning a few times. The good things are the excellent location, and the friendly staff.
