The hotel is basically on a pedestrian street with some traffic for deliveries and the shopping street for Naples major name stores is just a couple of blocks away.

24 hr service available through the apartment hotel nearby. Difficult stairs for luggage. Breakfast was only a few items in the your room.

Great Location in Naples
The best part of this hotel is it is in a great location right in the middle of the action. The staff was super nice and friendly and the room was pretty large for a European room in the city. Only complaint was the bed was two win mattresses shoved together that would split apart during the night and I would end up sleeping in the crack.

Well priced room in excellent location
Hotel itself is in excellent location. In fact, after hearing a lot of stories about Naples , we were pleasantly surprised. We booked the room that had the separate bathroom. Room itself was a little quirky in it's layout (an internal bedroom inside a slightly larger apartment), but perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Separate bathroom was just across the hall. Luckily we were staying in the off season so the hotel was pretty empty and we didn't actually see anyone on those quick trips to the loo in the middle of the night. Our room was serviced, but our towels weren't changed (which was fine, as we just stayed two nights). Service by staff at the front desk was great, with excellent food recommendations and other recommendations of places to go in the area. As per other reviews, breakfast is not included.

Great stay
Nishan was wonderful on check in. Great recommendations on dinner. Bed was a little hard but slept well. Small shower, by who cares, it worked. GREAT AREA TO STAY IN. Lots of sidewalk cafes.

Amazing!!!
I can't lie I was worried about this area after reading reviews. There was no need....beautiful city.....amazing room.....centrally located. The service the hotel employees provided was second to none from the cleaners to Nisham the concierge. Thankyou all for making our trip memorable and pleasurable.

Clean, comfortable and a great location
The room is basic but very clean and comfortable. It was also quiet, despite being in a lively area. Nishan, the receptionist, is very helpful and gave us good information about where to eat and what to see.
