Nice hotel, friendly staff and great location.Posted 22-Feb-2014
Let down by poor restaurant, and old fashioned bar area but everything else great. Marriott restaurant's are better. Recommend Joeys for casual family night and Da Vincis opposite is also great

Wonderful facilities and beautiful beach!Posted 10-Feb-2014
Pros: The location
Location: Many wonderful restaurants within a short distance from the hotel.
My husband and I were there to look at homes and properties for retirement. The area of Marco Island is beautiful and the hotel as well.

Beautiful beach with million shells on it.Posted 4-Feb-2014
All the rooms are facing ocean but I did not know and when we were checking in I asked for ocean view and she said that she will take care of this and upgrade this for us . Was dissapointing to learn that all rooms are facing ocean.

Nickel and dime youPosted 4-Feb-2014
Close to beach but agravating that parking is ten dollars, internet is ten dollars even the beach umbrella costs money. White northern bodies, parking and internet are really not options so it feels like extortion. Just put it in the room cost. For 400 a night i expect to see more class.

Very very nice hotel!Posted 20-Jan-2014
Pros: The hotel is right on a gorgeous beach.
Cons: We didn't have a car but I didn't like that if we did we would have had to pay for parking. Same with the internet.
Location: Right on the beach and across the street they had shops and various a few restaurants.
Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!

Great that this one is right by the beachPosted 20-Jan-2014
Pros: Easy access to beach and shopping center and restaurants.
Cons: Easy access to tennis courts. Access and usage of tennis court should be same as to use of gym room or swimming pool or the beach.
All of staff were very great with guests's need. Specially, the manager Amar was outstanding on customer loyalty on dealing with issues and Problems. Tina at the desk was very kind with nice smile and eager to help us what we need.

Excellent stayPosted 19-Jan-2014
Pros: See above
Cons: Tina, the concierge, was very helpful and is very knowedgeable about botany. give her time i to do some botanical tours of the hotel flora.
Location: Manatee viewing tour in Naples was very good. A synagogue around the corner was very welcoming.
We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves at such a comfortable and pleasant hotel as part of our package from Expedia--especially after an unsatisfactory experience with Spirit Airlines. Comfortable room, excellent restaurant, pleasant landscaping, and very helpful staff all around.
