Overall good stay Didn't liked the price we ended up paying thru Expedia We booked early enough and still ended up paying 299.00 a night some other guest paid 229.00, disappointed to say the least

Pros: The food on all on site restaurents was fantastic.Well above similar hotels we have stayed in.
Staff was great and took time to help us with any request. Great personnal touches when the learned we were celebrating a specail occasion.

The pool area was consistenly clean, and the pool person was constantly cleaning up towels, chairs, handing out towels, making sure everyone got what they needed. The hotel staff that I met were very friendly and helpful.

had a room next to recycle skips on first night . Asked for room change on second night and got a fantastic beach view room for no extra charge , very customer friendly desk

Food incredible and we are foodies. Everyone was so so nice and went the extra mile. Sent us a bottle of champaign and beautiful fruit tray fir our anniversary. Called because we had a hard time with the door and someone was there to assist us in less than 5 minutes. Always checked to make sure everything was ok. Stacy, the bartender I would hire no matter what type of business I had; charming, witty, personable, professional, remembered cutomer name...amazing. Only complaint, no prime rib on Monday night...still awsome.

The Hilton is a very family friendly resort with warm and friendly staff, a great pool, excellent beach with many amenities available right off the walkway, and is located in close proximity to all the best restaurants on the island.

Great hotel, great location. amenities were weird

To start everything about the staff and the hotel physically was amazing. Everyone was nice and everything was extra clean. Beach access is very easy from anywhere in the hotel as well as pool access. Dinning is within walking distance and there are even more options within a close drive. There are a couple things that aren't deal breakers but are good to know. The first thing is the coffee issue. You can make coffee in your room for free but if you want to go to the lobby and get a cup you have to pay for it. Paying for it isn't even the issue since it is a Starbucks. The problem is you have to wait on a line that gets pretty long and they do not start serving till 7. The next thing is it is $10 a day for parking. You can sit on the beach for free but if you want to "rent" an umbrella it is $19 a day. It really is a great place and great location and the staff is awesome.
