“Location Location”

This hotel is well located just off Corso Umberto, very confortable, suite was clean and breakfast was excellent.

“Not a three star hotel”

The hotel was clean, tidy and the staff helpful, however the hotel a bit out dated, It situated nearer to the station area rather than the city centre, you can see that the area was once a very popular, but now has lots as boarded up shops and properties as businesses have moved more to towards the centre, once the new metro is open this well help the situation.

“Excellent as centre to explore area.. close to railway station.”

Considering it's right in the centre of the city which is an exceptionally noisy and busy place, hotel is quiet with good double glazing. Staff are pleasant and the room was beautifully serviced each day.

“Un hôtel bien situé”

Proche de la piazza garibaldi (gare) donc facile pour les voyageurs sans voiture. Pour 2 adultes et 1 jeune, c'était super (2 chambres séparées et 2 SDB). Bien sûr c'est un peu bruyant, nous n'avions aucune vue et le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel. Le personnel est charmant! et la pizzeria "Da Michele" est à un jet de pierre!

“Great location”

Very small rooms,only just adequate, extremely hot as air conditioning not working. Great location for the individual traveller wanting to use public transport, and for getting around on foot.

“Not sure how it got the 4th star”

A pleasant little hotel but I'm not sure how it got 4-stars. In a good location if you want to walk to main central Naples attractions or a base for train travel futrther afield. The hotel itself however has little to offer. The tiny reception is always staffed but some staff are more friendly than others. The bedroom had a impressionist style mural with no obvious connection to the themes metioned in the guide & single beds are very narrow to fit in the available space. Help yourself breakfast was OK but the is only one table seating 10 so you may have to queue. Also bear in mind no other food or drink available at any other time - the addition of tea/coffee making facility would enhance the rooms greatly. Overall no faults with this hotel if you choose on low cost and location just don't expect luxury, great comfort or a warm welcome.
