“Excellent Service”
The Edgewater Hotel is a very clean, well-maintained hotel located right on the beach. I cannot say enough about the service. Everyone was more than friendly and very helpful. While there was construction going on during my stay, it did not bother me in the least and they were more than apologetic. Prices at the outside bar were a little steep ($12 for a cocktail). There seemed to be alot of kids staying at the hotel and quite alot of yelling and screaming at the pool (kids were just having fun). While I prefer a quieter atmosphere, it was not that bothersome. I just moved to the beach. The beach was clean and well kept. No seaweed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again in the future.
“Perfect vacation!”
We stayed 5 nights and upgraded our room to an ocean view, which was well worth it. The view from our balcony was amazing. Each morning the dolphins were in the water and at night we could hear the waves from the gulf. The beach was clean, staff was always there to help. We never used the swimming pools, but there were always a lot of people there. Great hotel for families or for a romantic getaway!
“Can't wait to go back”
The hotel was wonderful. Food/drinks were very expensive, but we knew they would be. It was great to have our own refrigerator. We saved a lot of money just running to the local grocery store. We did not bring our children with on this trip, however it would be a great place for families to go. Plenty of space in each room. We had a 2 bedroom suite. Our family had the one bedroom suite. All rooms were great. Staff was great also. Would go back without a doubt.

This hotel was awesome for our family. The pool and beach facilities were great. The pool staff was very friendly. Live entertainment by the pool on the weekend. We had a GREAT time.

I would diefinitely go back. My preference is to go beach front properties that have a casual approach but yet provide very nice added ammenities and service. Ranging from great pool side and on-site food and beverage offerings to walking around in my swim trunks and a t-shirt, to beach side wait staff and service to in-room kitchenettes for self service food and drinks (especially for families and kids). I also noted that several families and couples or individuals were repeat visitors as they commented about past trips there and the wait staff new many of their names from prior visits. All in all a great combination of service, casualness, reasonably priced food /drinks (not cheapest and not most expensive I've had - some of which can be off-set by in-room offerings), and a clean and hip environment. Further, the room was fresh, clean and spacious and had a recent (within 5 years) renovation. The colors and look and feel to the property was perfect for what *I* was looking for.

We have stayed at the Edgewater on three seprate occasions for 10 to 14 days each trip. It is a very nice and very clean hotel with great staff. It is located on a beautiful stretch of clean beach and is located very close to other attractions and amenities in Naples We will be back!

“The best in Naples”
I went there last summer with my husband for honneymoon, just after the Hurricane Katrina, and I loved. The hotel is right at the beach, with beautiful view...the pool is right at the beach too, no need to walk at all. For a change, you can go to they sister hotel and enjoy the pool...they have 2 large pool,that is great for kids, with water fall, etc....is not a beach front hotel, But is a 5 star one, so the service is perfect. I would stay again, but this time get a room on the wings. The only thing is that the hall was in construction, and I could hear everything, But as soon I complain, the satff put me in another room.
