“Right at the airport (if that's what you need)”

This hotel was great. Spacious, comfortable room; five minutes from Naples Capodichino Airport; Nice bathrooms in the room too.

Hotel was easy walk from airport and near car rental area. Staff were pleasant and welcoming and had a comfortable and quiet night's stay, after late night arrival.

Great location minutes from the airport. There are stores and restaurant next door. Free internet available in the main lobby. Staff was very helpfull.

Excellent choix pour un départ matinal ou une arrivée tardive. Le terminal de l'aéroport de Naples est situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied à travers le parking (gardé) situé devant l'hôtel. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Personnel accueillant.

“Terrific proximity to Naples airport and bus transportation to and from Naples”

We wanted a hotel close to the Naples airport to comfortably make an early morning flight and Hotel Charming International worked out beautifully. It is within walking distance from Naples airport and the airport's main bus stop. We were able to even use an airport SmartCart to roll our luggage from the bus stop to the hotel- no need to pay for a taxi. Hotel decor is a touch old-fashioned and not in a picturesque area, but quiet, comfortable and clean.

“location”

This hotel is like an oasis of sorts. The surrounding area can seem downright scarry rundown buildings, dirty streets, graffitti, trash, it didn't help that i had been warned by almost everyone to be careful in naples because of crime however i was in and out with no incedents. once you get into the hotel it is truly charming! very clean and neat with friendly people. they seem very protective of their guests with locked gates and doors to the outside streets but i never felt trapped at all. I had never been to naples and i didn't want to get lost finding the airport. the location is actually perfect to drop off a rental car because the rental drop off is just right out the back gate of the hotel, then the airport is only a block of so walk. The only thing this hotel lacks is a resturant and the nearby resturants and bars were closed so i cant comment on them.

“Hôtel correct mais un peu cher!!”

J'ai passé que 2 nuits dans cet hôtel! et j'ai trouvé l'état général correct! Son gros avantage, c'est d'être à côté de l'aéroport,donc pas de stress! mais son prix un peu élevé!! mais je le réserverais volontiers une prochaine fois!

“Soo convenient to the airport...”

The airport parking is basically right behind the hotel. You can go out the back door and walk to departures in about 7 minutes. The front desk staff was helpful, friendly and had a sense of humor. The only problem I had was that you have to ring a buzzer to have the front door unlocked, and if the 1 guy on duty is in the bathroom or having a cigarette, you are stuck standing in the street. Although the hotel is older and a bit worn, our room was very clean and we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, not a cloud but more than fine. Did not see any insects in the hotel. Our room was on the main road but we had a large tile balcony with a table & chairs overlooking it which was pleasant enough.The minibar prices were very reasonable, which was useful late at night since they don't have food services except for breakfast and no vending machine. As far as I could tell, the neighborhood is run down but it isn't as bad as it looks. Felt safe walking in the immediate vicinity at night and in early morning to catch a 7 am flight. It's what you have to expect, I'm not sure of anywhere where the nicest neighborhoods in town are right next to the airport! The U.S. Naval base is right there so lots of Americans around and people tend to know some English. Also this hotel has free internet access in the lobby.

“Good spot to hang your hat by the airport”

While I found Naples to be a disasterous town to be a tourist in, the stay in this hotel was a bright spot. The only detriment, if you can call it that, is that the hotel is an 8 E cab fare from town. You canot walk.

“Good for airport access”

When we checked in, the man at the desk told us he would be done with our passports in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later he told us we could get them back the next morning. We told him we would wait and we did for another 15 minutes! I got the idea that this is a family business when the cleaning woman said something to him and he threw a fit starting with "Mama..." The rest of the staff was friendly but this man does not have the temperament to be in a customer service position. Very rude and arrogant! Other than that, the hotel met our requirement of being close to the airport and relatively cheap.
