Property Amenities
The Tuscan-style Bellasera Hotel is two blocks from Old Naples and less than a mile from the upscale shops along Third Street and Fifth Avenue. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to the beach, one mile away, from 9 AM to sunset (hours subject to change).
Four separate buildings wrap around a lush tropical courtyard with a pool, spa tub, and rental cabanas. A fitness room overlooks the pool area. Highlighting Tuscan-style fusion cuisine, Zizi Restaurant and Bar features indoor dining, as well as poolside and cabana service.
The 24-hour business center provides computers with complimentary high-speed Internet access. The hotel offers free onsite parking and valet parking (surcharge).

The independently owned condo-style suites at Bellasera Hotel span four separate three-story buildings with elevators. All suites at this Naples hotel are nonsmoking and include furnished, screened-in lanais facing the tropical courtyard. Master bathrooms feature marble vanities, separate showers and tubs, and Aveda products. Some bathrooms have jetted tubs; others have built-in shower benches.
High-speed Internet access, and local calls are complimentary. TVs come with HBO and pay movies.
One-, two-, and three-bedroom suites have separate living rooms, fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, and washers and dryers. Some suites offer custom-made “three-quarter” beds, which are a size between a twin and a full bed.
Rooms are cooled by air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Dining
Zizi Restaurant and Bar - Tuscan-inspired fusion fare and seasonal dishes. Indoor, terrace, poolside, and cabana service. Live entertainment Thursday and Friday nights. Happy hour nightly. Early-bird specials. Dinner menu may include Duck Florence, Filet Mignon, Oregano Marinated Salmon, and Linguine Alfredo. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner; bar open to late evening.

Recreation
The lushly landscaped tropical courtyard offers a pool, spa tub, sundeck, and rental cabanas. Overlooking the pool is a fitness center with treadmills, an exercise bike, a stair machine, and elliptical trainer. The hotel also provides complimentary use of bicycles.
The Bellasera Hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the white-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, one mile away. Service is from 9 AM to sunset (subject to change). Watersports equipment can be rented on the beach. Fishing and scuba-diving excursions are also available. Naples boasts numerous top-notch golf courses, including the Naples Beach Golf Club, 1.5 miles from the hotel.

“Nice change of pace”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bellasera. Tbe room was extremely large and comfortable, the walk-in closet a pleasant surprise, and the extra large shower a delight. It is the service, however, that truly makes this hotel stand-out from others. Everyone was pleasant and responsive, taking that extra step to make our stay enjoyable. The lack of flat panel monitors was the only negative, but I was told that those were to be upgraded in the next several months. During our stay, the cushions on all the chairs and couches in our room were replaced (without any inconvenience to us) as part of the hotels continual upgrade process.
“Two years on the trot - we likes it a lot !”
We don't normaly stay at the same place twice but ........ stayed here last year, enjoyed it so much we came back again, we were not diappointed. Stayed for 4 nights in October, best Weather that we have had in Florida, this was our 5th visit to Florida.This hotel/condo is easy to find, clean and extremley well equipped with excellent staff + an excellent rate from Expedia. Naples itself is upmarket and with low rise developments and a medditeranian feel. We made good use of the hotel courtsey shuttle to 5th Avenue. It's only a 15 minute walk, but people don't seem to walk much here. Don't expect a busy night life, most restaraunts were tidying up at at 9pm. Excellent meals at Chops City Grill on 5th Avenue and at the fish restaraunts in Tin City. Recommend the Sunset Cruise from Tin City, spectacular sunset made me feel quite romantic for a short while. Will we be going back next year? probaly.
“Overall great experience”
We were very impressed overall with our stay at the Bellasera. The first night we had a room on the first floor right by the pool. The room had a very strong musty smell and the party going on by the pool was loud. We requested a different room for the rest of our stay and we were immediately moved to a room on the third floor. The new room was much better. No musty smell and very quiet. Room was very clean and service was great.

Beautiful condo. Just bring your clothes, everything you need is in the condo. Very comfortable and friendly staff.
“Very good hotel”
Would really recommend this hotel- large spacious rooms, huge showers, Aveda toiletries, fantastically well equipped kitchen. Had a lunch and a dinner in the hotel restaurant which was delicious. Would recommend both the hotel and First Watch for breakfast. Free access to two computers. Only slight disadvantage is it is slightly away from the beach, but they have a courtesy bus which you can use at anytime - they will even take you to the shops or dinner and pick you up afterwards!!
“Really a Great Place to stay.”
The one bedroom condo was really nice. Everything in the rooms was in great shape. Tehy even supplied soap for the washer and dishwashing machine. Very courtious at front desk.......
“I'd go back in a heartbeat”
I truly thought the glowing reviews may have been submitted by the owners family members but what they say is true. The staff were great, especially the shuttle drivers Larry and Dave. We recieved a free upgrade from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. The condo was immaculate and in great shape. The location couldn't be better, a short walk to everything. Got a massage at the spa that is one of the best I ever had, ask for Kristina. Jan at the bar was a wealth of information and a hoot. I'll be back.
“Simply marvellous, Hotel Ballasera”
This is our second visit to the Ballasera and it won't be our last! The hotel lives up and exceeded our expectations. We have travelled all over America and Europe and we have never visited the same resort/hotel twice, so that in itself says something. They really make you feel so welcome. We can highly recommend this hotel.
