“Cant wait to go back”
I had a great time, Hotel was clean and comfortable I would recommend to anyone.
“Nice, but we couldn't stay”
The Hotel was nice but because of a family situation we were unable to stay more than one night.
“The Apollo On The Beach”
I live in Ohio and need to get away from the cold weather and people for a while. The Apollo and Marco Island is a great place to do so. The Apollo isn't really as much as a Luxury hotel as most of the other Hotels on the beach, but more of like a Condo with Refigerator, Stove and Dish Washer. When I go Down there it feels like a second home away from home. I will be back at the Apollo again soon.
“A Wrong Made Right.”
Upon arriving late 12/26/09 at 8:30pm, we opened the door to unit #908 at the Apollo and was totally disappointed to the run down - dated condition of the condo. I called Horizon Rentals at the after hours # and spoke to Rebecca who immediately came to the unit and switched our party to unit #607 that was more than acceptable and comfortable. Our other party checked into unit #905 that was just as nice as #607. Rebecca at Horizon saved the day and our vacation!! The Apollo is a very nice property with outstanding views from every unit to the Gulf. There is a restaurant/bar on the 1st floor with Gulf views, 2 tennis courts, a workout facility and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a little on the small side, but still nice. Security is very good in the building, you need keys for everything. Would definitely recommend to others.
“Great time”
We stayed for 4 days. The condo was well-maintained. It had a beautiful balcony overlooking a gorgeous beach. Each night the sunset illuminated the entire condo. The pool was great. There were plenty of dishes/pots, a microwave, refrigerator, adequate towels, beach towels, even beach umbrellas. Fantastic deal for the price. Located in a beautiful part of Marco Island. Plan to return there often.
“Can't wait to go back”
The Apollo is the smallest condo on collier blvd and I think the lowest in price and it was perfect! Clean, quiet, safe, affordable, friendly, beautiful ocean view, great food down stairs at sunset grill, plenty of parking, nice gym.....like I said....it's perfect.

“Great Time”
This is a condo building so not a hotel and no hotel services as such. The room was comfortable and clean. Most everything we needed was provided. We didn't find out until the day we left that there were beach chairs and umbrellas, etc., in the storage closet outside the condo. That should be something the rental agency tells you. No one was in the office on Saturday morning when we left to check us out and turn in passes for the pool etc.
“4th of July Getaway Weekend”
My wife and I were looking for a quaint getaway destination and Marco Island provided exactly what we were looking for. The Apollo on the Beach was a nice complex with just enough of what we wanted. Right on the beach so you could walk downstairs and be on the beach in 5 minutes. The rooms were not spectacular but they were just enough to be cozy. Great place to get away from it all.
