“Great value”
Friendly, accomodating. The renovated rooms on the south side are amazingly nice for the price. There is a fridge and microwave. Great coffee ay the continental breakfast area.

“Convenience, Comfort, and Value”
Conveniently located near Oxbow Market - very easily accessible by car. Also near a nice strip-mall for conveniences. Fantastic value for the money. Room was well-kept, though small. Very attractive property overall with nice roses growing everywhere.
“Great Stay”
Front desk lady was extremely helpful and informative in regards to getting the most out of our stay in Napa. She gave us quite a few coupons for the local wineries and tasting rooms. Rooms are very clean and nice. I think upgrades were recently done, bathrooms looked new. Hotel's appearance is also very welcoming, it's surrounded by rose bushes. Breakfast was sufficient (cereal, bagels/toast, fruit, danishes, juice and coffee/cappuccinos). Free samples in the lobby (shampoos, toothpaste, etc). Free wi-fi. Only downfall is location. Hotel is close to main road coming into town, but walking wise, not really close to "downtown". It's a mile walk into town where all of the shops/tasting rooms are. Not a bad walk going in, but after hitting up a few tastings, seems like a long walk back. Well worth it for the price and other ammenities though.

“excellent value for the wine country”
This small motel on the south side of Napa is easily missed. It does not look like much from the outside but the rooms are very comfortable, the bed excellent and very inexpensve. My only complaint is that the shower is short. I am 6'2" and if I were any taller, I could not stand up straight. If you plan to visit both Napa and Sonoma, it is perfectly located.
“Close to downtown, college, good eats and drinks!”
The Wine Valley Lodge is a quiet, comfortable, clean, and convenient place to have a extended stay. We were there for 3 weeks and enjoyed the friendly staff and full service that they provided. I would highly recommend a stay and watch the hot air balloons fly over in the mornings.
“Great location”
Hotel was sufficient. Just needed somewhere to stay for the night. You get what you expect for the price. Free parking and 3 minute drive into NAPA downtown. It was also a decent price for the 3 day holiday weekend with everything so expensive.

Very nice affordable stay...included continental breakfast and clean rooms. Air conditioner was useful and bathrooms were good. Customer service was very helpful.
