Good location, pleasant staffPosted 28-Aug-2014
Pros: Hotel front desk staff was courteous and concierge services were good. Rooms are cleaned twice a day if you care for this...
Cons: Hotel looks old and tired. A face lift is what the doctor recommends urgently.
Location: Restaurants around are glitzy but food disappointed in most of them. Some of the fancier you better bring a sandwich.
We mostly relaxed by the pool side. Service is very good and the snakes look good.

Beautiful hotel resortPosted 15-Jul-2014
Pros: Beautiful grounds, clean room, courteous staff, breakfast buffet
Cons: Additional shuttles around the valley
Location: Excellent restaurants, vineyard tours and tastings, shopping
My Mother and I had a wonderful birthday trip in Napa Valley and the Villagio was part of the reason. Amazing full spread at breakfast and a happy hour afternoon buffet with cheeses, meats, bread, wine tasting, etc. The hotel grounds reminded me of a resort in Mexico - gorgeous brightly colored flowers, fountains, etc. Staff was courteous and helpful. Overall excellent place to stay in Napa Valley!

Napa Valley VacationPosted 15-Jul-2014
We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Villagio. Our only regret was that we did not have enough time to take advantages of all the amenities. The staff was welcoming; the grounds were beautifully manicured; the rooms were comfortable; and the breakfast was sumptuous. The location is perfect for walking to the restaurants and tasting rooms in Yountville. It is also a great base for visiting Napa Valley wineries.

Great for a getawayPosted 14-Jul-2014
Pros: Pool, free and fast wifi, breakfast
Cons: Room lighting; more umbrellas at the pool
Location: Wine tasting, great restaurants.
Live in the Bay Area. Stayed one night for a wedding. Pool is fantastic. Just 4.5-5 feet in depth. Perfect for lounging and relaxing. Need more umbrellas, however. We were forced to sit in the sun because of the limited number. Free wifi shared with one other room so very fast. Poor ceiling lighting in the room. When you turn on the wall switch it's just one very dim light. Very full breakfast included. Great location in Yountville for exploring. Staff super friendly and helpful with all of my requests. Definitely recommend for a night or two away.

Best hotel we've ever stayed!Posted 13-Jul-2014
We had a great time at the villagio. We highly recommend to anyone interested in an more adult, quiet, relaxing hotel. It was our first time to Napa, we did not rent a car since hotel was in walking distance to all the restaurants you would need. We utilized Evans transportation for our trip to/from the airport which was recommend from the hotel (saved us about a $250 taxi ride from SFO.) We enjoyed a couples massage from the spa, very pricey but overall satisfied. Hotel pool was great, staff was very nice and friendly. Really nothing bad to say at all, just pricey but seems "the norm" for napa area. Would go back in a heart beat...after saving back the money we spent on dinners, wine, and hotel. Worth it!

Beautiful grounds, spacious roomsPosted 12-Jul-2014
My husband and I spent 3 nights at Villagio Inn and Spa. Everything was perfect. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Our room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony having coffee made from the Nespresso coffee maker. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection. It was nice to have complementary snacks in the afternoon. The pools were peaceful and we enjoyed spending the warm afternoon hours there. The location of the hotel is ideal for wine tasting and dining. You can walk to many amazing restaurants. I would definitely come back!

Napa VacationPosted 12-Jul-2014
Pros: The breakfast was included with the room and was awesome. There was an open bar, omelettes, waffles, fresh food on buffet. Great way to start day
Location: Yountville is awesome for eating and drinking!
Yountville is the best place to stay when visiting Napa. The Villagio is right in the middle of town and you can walk anywhere from there. Best place we could've stayed on the trip!
