Recreation
Napa Valley is most famously known for its award winning wines and world-class cuisine. Although we agree: the food is amazing and the wine is phenomenal, but Napa has so much more to offer. Activities to enjoy include: hot air ballooning, opera (yes, Napa has an opera house!), shopping and horseback riding, to name a few. With our central location, just a short walk from downtown Napa, we position you to enjoy Napa however you see fit. If you’re in search of activities to enjoy during your stay, our concierge is knowledge and eager to help you create the most memorable stay possible.

“Great B&B”
We visited in late April to do some wine country touring. The location is fine, although bordering on some barrio neighborhoods. Very peaceful at night, didn't hear any of the other guests at all! The grounds are lovely and we found the morning breakfasts nice and friendly- we often shared a table. The hotel decor is gorgeous - murals everywhere, very relaxing. Had a free wine tasting one afternoon! All terrific.
“Very Nice”
Was very surprised by the exceptional service. Hot breakfast was 4 star quality...exceptional. Wine tastings were high quality small producers. Room was comfortable and quaint. I highly recommend.
“Lovely and Comfortable”
Stayed two nights with friends. We were late and the hostess was very accommodating leaving us a key and welcome/instruction letters. The house and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Our rooms were comfortable and attractive. The house has an interesting history and is located in a nice neighborhood only a few blocks walk from downtown Napa and the river. Breakfast was delicious (great coffee) and the evening wine and cheese reception gave us an opportunity to mingle with fellow travelers. My only complaint was a funky smell that lingered downstairs--we got used to it, but each time we entered the house from outside it was noticeable. Stay here if you want a treat!
“Perfect Romantic Anniversary Getaway”
Our rom had been double booked, so The White House Inn and Spa upgraded us for free to a more luxurious room! We were very satisfied with our room, and the high level of professionalism that the staff possessed. The grounds were meticulously groomed and you could tell the care they took for maintaining them. We were very very satisfied with our stay there. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a romantic weekend or getaway.
“Lovey Stay, Knowledgeble Staff”
Beautiful hotel, extremely heplful and knowledgable staff from dinner reservations to winery tours. Delicious hot breakfast. It was raining so we didnt walk to downtown, but would have if we had the chance, neighborhood was fine.
“Quiet, cozy, and sophisticated.”
Great spot with personal touches. The wine/cheese hour was a special treat. The only criticism would be that te towels weren't very soft. The bed, however, was terrific! Bring a suit for time in the hot tub.
“Want to stay somewhere different?”
A short walk to central Napa. Wonderful hotel - every room is different. Little touches like quite music playing in the bedroom when we checked in, and wine & cheese on arrival. Although there was only 1 time for breakfast it was wonderful not to have to rush and the the food was excellent - differenct each day. would certainly go back.
“Perfect little spot for relaxing on our Napa honeymoon”
I booked this as part of my 2 week honeymoon in the US. Its is a cozy spot and very close to the town centre where Morimoto is located, and only a short drive to the vineyards. The hotel staff made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during our stay. My husband was especially surprised by the generous snacks and wine that was provided. We would definitely recommend this place.
“Highly Recommend”
This was my first experience with a Bed & Breakfast. After reading several reviews, I thought I would give it a try. It did not disappoint. It is definitely not your typical B&B. My husband and I agreed that this was the best part of our trip. I would highly recommend it. I read some comments about the rooms being small but did not find this to be a problem. We were also very pleased with the location. I was amazed at how clean the rooms were kept and the breakfast was fabulous! If we return to Napa, we will definitely stay here again.
“Weekend Wine”
the roomand food were great
