Wow ! Quel beau petit motel. A notre grande surprise, nous avons eu une suite ! C'était un merveilleux séjour. Belle piscine, belle chambre et personnel très agreable ! Je recommande sans hésiter ce motel !

The room was outdated, air quality felt humid. One staff member was not very friendly or helpful. I came home at night around 11 PM and realize I had forgot my key. I was able to wave him down as he was about to leave. He appeared very upset and angry with me. I tried to call the 24/7 number, but no one answered prior to flagging him down.

I was worried because it was a motel, but it was clean, the pool and jacuzzi were great, and I wasn't expecting much, but it even had a sauna... It's the best value for money lodging in Napa.

Small quaint property- easy parking, close to town, winery’s and continental breakfast. Basic motel met our needs for a last minute sleepover. Has a pool and great shower. Slightly dated.Would definitely stay again.

Spacious, clean room on first floor with sliding glass door to rear area. Quiet, secluded, well maintained. Will definitely stay here again!

We were really excited to come to this property to celebrate a New Year in Napa Valley. Location is really good - close to downtown and all the wineries but that’s IT!!! Worker at front desk was not nice at all and manager lady was even rude. On the day of check out she kicked us out at 11am when everywhere said CHECK OUT at 11:30am and their OWN site saying they are offering EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT. She told us - NO! When I ask her if we can stay a little bit more by the pool side, she said NO agin also saying that is only 9 rooms needs to be clean and cleaning people needs to LEAVE EARLY!!! Why???? Today is no more holiday! Btw, I usually never ever leave a bag feedback but this properly needs NEW WORKERS who can provide a great customer service.

A Good Stay in St Helena
We were upgraded to a bigger room upon checking in. Room was clean and spacious, shower/bathtub surprisingly large. Bed was comfortable but mattress was a bit saggy. Continental breakfast in lobby included cereal, pastries and fresh fruit. We would stay here again.

Overall good especially for the price. The one item that was not that great was that the shower was extremely backed up. By the time you’re done with your shower, you’re standing in about 6 inches of water reported it to the front desk and they seemed responsive.

We have stayed at the El Bonita several times now and have always found it to be a wonderful experience. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable and the staff is most friendly and helpful. Beside all that, it's most reasonable in price, especially for St.Helena.
