Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Convenient location to many shops and restaurants. Hotel room was quaint and it was relatively quiet. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel downtown.

Our stay at the Elm House Inn was wonderful. The hotel was quiet. And everything seemed to run smoothly and cooperatively. The breakfast was filling and convenient. Highly recommended.

Great location -- convenient for driving _and_ walking. We were in a huge separate building and room, but for some reason they have never finished painting it since it was built/remodeled? Otherwise would be a nice 4-5 star location -- maybe other rooms are better?

Awesome stay with a great breakfast. The morning of our stay we had choices of waffles or omelets cooked to order along with fresh croissants, fruit, etc. Spent a wonderful evening at the Blue Note Jazz club located nearby

Very lovely property. Rooms were quiet. It is close to a busy intersection but we were not bothered by traffic. Husband is an early riser and would have preferred an earlier breakfast time but it was fine!

Good location. Easy to find. Close to Downtown Napa (about a 15 minute walk). The complimentary continental breakfast from 8-10am and the chocolate chip cookies from 6-7pm were a nice surprise.

I really enjoyed my stay at Elm House Inn! It was wonderfully maintained and conveniently located near several restaurants and the Blue Note Napa jazz club! Great customer service, nice breakfast, comfy bed, easy parking, and check-in/out! Highly recommended! I will definitely stay there again!

This is the third time I've stayed at the Elm House and each time has been fantastic. The staff is so helpful and friendly and the rooms are just what you need. The location is great, walking distance to all the shops, cellars, and restaurants on first street. Breakfast is great and the evening cookies are a great little treat. The outside area is great to have a glass of wine and kick back.

It is a quaint hotel, almost like a Bed & Breakfast, but with privacy. The all-female staff is friendly and efficient. The property is located in a residential area but has easy access to main roads and highways. The wineries are within 30 minutes, and shops, restaurants, theaters, and the Farmer's Market are within 10.

There was an incessant high pitched buzz coming from the ceiling in the bathroom and the vanity/closet of our room, 402 in the annex. If they fix that problem, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to friends.

You were nervous when that we realize is not that busy and very quiet at night. Very friendly cute bed-and-breakfast five minute car ride from town. Very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Chocolate chip cookies, and coffee at night.

It is quaint and the hospitality of the staff (Ceece) is wonderful. Breakfast is nice and there is a big Jacuzzi. This was my third visit here and I love it so much more than the other pricey resorts.

The Elm House Inn was perfect for our weekend wine trip. It's small but comfortable. The breakfast every morning did not disappoint and the staff was very helpful. Would recommend for a nice quiet getaway!

Not unique in anyway for a bed and breakfast. No character and sterile. Breakfast offered was microwaved quiche and omlet. Fealt like a cheap hotel.
