“Great B&B!”

“Surpassed expectations”

Was skeptical at first, didn't think 1801 could live up to the pics online. Stayed in the carriage house and reality exceeded the virtual in every aspect. The location is extremely convenient, the staff is friendly and very flexible, but perhaps one of the best attributes is that the breakfast is even better than advertised.

“Absolutely the BEST in Napa!”

If you can't stay right next to a vineyard, this is the next best thing and, probably better! Charming house and cabanas, well appointed and furnished. The personal touch here is alive and well. Can't wait to go back!

“Hands down the BEST B&B in Napa!!”

Our very first visit to Napa was made all the more enjoyable by our stay at 1801 First. The rooms had everything we could possibly have needed, the garden was simply gorgeous to sit out and enjoy the surroundings and the location was perfect to stroll to all of the restaurants in downtown. The best surprise for us was what we thought to be added extras but were really just standard. The concierge service, evening drinks with appetizers, 24hr tea & coffee, DVD's as well as the AMAZING breakfast. We will be back FOR SURE!!!

“Perfect Napa B&B”

Staff was superb. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nice tub in our room. Easy walk to plenty of good eats. The breakfast was first rate. My wife was very pleased and we agreed we found the perfect B&B.

“very nice bed and breakfast in NAPA”

We had a very pleasant stay in 1801 First for our anniversary. The wine and cheese party in the afternoon was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was outstanding with super fresh fruits, delicate pastry, and hearty pancake. Our room was elegant with romantic settings. Will definitely go back.

“Excellent B&B in beautiful Napa!”

Great experience all around- our first stay at a B&B and we are already yearning to go back. The staff was friendly and helpful with activities and local dining. Couldn't have asked for better service or a better location!
