“An unexpectedly great experience”
Our expectations were not particularly high - a comfortable bed and no hassles. We were deeply impressed with the experience however, from first contact with a very pleasant, sincere young lady who went out of her way to ensure our comfort and convenience. She offered laundry facilities and wake up calls without prompting and directed us to an exceptional restaurant next door which also surpassed our expectations. What was intended to be just a one-night stop over turned out to be a memorable experience and we shall make a point of returning when next in Nanaimo.

Breakfast was very delicious and suculent, front desk very helpful, well located, very quite, nice greek restaurabnt in the neibourhood. I will go back again

Staff were incredibly helpful during our stay, with info about the surrounding area and even putting out breakfast early for us on one day. Was located within walking distance of everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again if we returned to Nanaimo.

This hotel was in an ideal location in Nanaimo, within easy driving distance to the downtown core, as well as to the ferries, and on the corner, near a major highway. Friendly and accommodating staff. Quite area, comfortable rooms. Highly recommended to other visitors in the area.

I went to Nanaimo for a birthday celebration - and many of my relatives stayed at the same hotel - we all met for an impromptu get together and the staff were very accommodating. Thank you

stayed twice in last three years. absolutely happy with price, but even more with cleanliness of hotel. Will use it always as we visit our son in Nanaimo.

The hotel and staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms were well extremely comforatble. The supplied breakfast was great except for the eggs. Very wierd. I would have preferred just a boiled egg that had the taste and texture of an egg.
