North Nanaimo, is renowned for its breathtaking ocean vistas and nearby amenities like shopping malls, parks, and schools. The neighborhood offers sweeping views of the sea, and the neighboring mountains.
The Space:
The Newly Furnished 4 BD is a spacious house, spanning 3200 square feet. It includes a first floor bedroom with a queen-size bed, along with three additional bedrooms on the second floor. Two of these rooms feature queen-size beds, while the master bedroom houses a king-size bed and a private bathroom complete with a bathtub.

Living room : 1- Sofa bed good for two people
The large living room with a spacious sofa bed that can accommodate two people, there's another queen size bed situated in a "shared space". The first floor shared area also features a bathroom complete with a bathtub. For everyday use, a kitchen complete with all necessary appliances is available. A dining table that can seat six people, as well as a kitchen island perfect for serving meals to large groups, are also provided.
An expansive upstairs patio, complete with an outdoor dining table and umbrella, provides a serene setting for both morning and afternoon leisure activities. This property layout is designed to comfortably host up to 12 guests.
Note: Although the access to the laundry suite is private, the laundry facilities are shared with guests from other suites, with two access points provided for each suite.
Guest Access:
Guest will access the building with an access code for the entrance door.
Instructions will be sent via email and text upon booking.

The house is situated in a residential area of Nanaimo, known for its breathtaking natural scenery and variety of outdoor pursuits, especially in the northern part. The location radiates a calm and serene atmosphere. It's surrounded by many amenities such as local shops, eateries, beaches, and parks. Directions to the address can be obtained via web maps.
Lewis Rd is equipped with sidewalks, making it generally pedestrian-friendly. Once you arrive, you should be able to explore and get to know the neighborhood. The surrounding is conveniently located near facilities such as neighborhood stores, educational institutions, beaches, parks, and other points of interest.
Getting Around:
North Nanaimo is a desirable neighborhood in the city of Nanaimo, known for its scenic ocean views and proximity to amenities such as shopping centers, schools, and parks. The neighborhood is situated on a hill, providing many homes with panoramic views of the ocean and nearby mountains.
There are several popular restaurants and cafes located in the North Nanaimo neighborhood. Here are a few examples:

Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guests
2. Laundry Facility:
- Please not that the laundry suite is a shared space but you have your private access
3. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
Extra Service information details:
1. Early Check-In:
Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.
2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
