The hotel must get a stronger marketing office. The facility is very good but needs some work. Clean your grounds, simple. Work on your pool area, get ride of unsafe furniture for starters. Get a new F&B manager. How can you have a great Chinese restaurant like you have and not promote it. Stayed at the hotel three days ate at the Chinese restaurant three night each night the waiting staff had to turn on the lights!!! Are you open or not? The breakfast buffet can be improved, better quality and much better staff training. Management issue not worker issue. The Imperial Hotel is a very good facility that’s poorly managed at the worker level-mid-management. The bathrooms are nicer, cleaner and better maintained that the JW Marriott in Bangkok. Somebody is doing something right. Hotel transportation, provide complimentary shuttle service to Central Plaza, Terminal 21. The Korat cab company is a disgrace to the city to Korat and to Thailand; a country that for it tourism destination. It hurts businesses like the Imperial Hotel. If you are visiting Korat, the Imperial Hotel is a “good” facility, clean safe and secure, with clean beds and very clean bathrooms. Quiet as well. Fix your small problems, customer will come. Provide a location map in the lobby for shopping areas, places to eat and visit, hospital facilities, clean your pool area. Work on your grounds, you have a pond on your property make and promote a walking path. Address your mosquito problem in the lobby lounge.
