Good price and very friendly staffs. It requires a taxi to get in and out. The neighborhood is not good for walking around. The WiFi in room was bad. Shower water is not enough and amenities are not good.

Staff were very friendly. There were two main issues. First, the wifi was only accessible if you went into the courtyard (not accessible from the room). Second, our power would cut out for about 5 seconds every 10 minutes. Very annoying. We had two different staff come to look at it and we even tried to change rooms but were denied. Still, staff were friendly and I’d be willing to try staying there again.

The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming to me! I felt comfortable and safe at all times in my nice room and the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious!!!!!!! I truly enjoyed my stay because the hotel amenities and location was great right downtown! But is was the fantastic staff of good people that made my stay Excellent!!!!!! I’ll be back next year with a whole group of my family next February for vacation from America! Yes, I loved it that much and my family can’t wait to experience the same!!!!!!! Did not receive Expedia gold member benefit. The resort was not full. This seems to be a chronic issue with Expedia. I am not sure why they recommend these properties?!
