Property was clean and moderately easy in term of access. Definitely equal of what you paid. The amenities on the ladies floor amenity room is above our expectation

Great location and very accommodating staff. They even assisted us in getting taxi cab when we checked out. Another good point is everything a traveler needs were provided by the hotel - including slippers and sleeping robes. The only downside are the hotel needs a little updating and the aircon in our room does not cool so much. Likewise, the doorknob of the toilet in our room was defective. But over all, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel.

It is impossible to open the windows in the hotel rooms, and the air conditioning doesn't bring in fresh air, the rooms smell stale and musty. The carpet is dirty.

This is a sufficient commuter type hotel if you want no frills. The rooms were small and dark. The room we ate breakfast in smelled dank. Ok if you're really on a budget.

Almost Everything is perfect except for the bed is quite too soft so people with backache might not be happy. Location is perfect. Price is perfect. Very close to airport limousine bus stop. Recommended.

I would have given this hotel a perfect score, however, for some reason, the air conditioning wasn't working that well at night at although we had the thermostat set to 22 degrees, it felt more like 26 degrees. It was quite warm and we had trouble sleeping and were sweating a bit. However, in the morning, the air conditioner was working fine and producing cold air. I would like the hotel to look into this problem because I would like to stay here in the future.

Helpful and friendly staff. The room was simple but there is everything what you expect in a hotel room. Need an attention in the bathroom it wasn't very clean overall. The location is fantastic only 5 mins walk from Sakae subway station. Loads of restaurants and shops around.

The hotel is convenient. But the hotel is dusty, old and not clean. Staff service is good and also the breakfast is excellent and the restaurant for breakfast is so comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast there

Overall is good
Bathroom is quite big compare to other accommodation i had in Japan. But corridor in the room still quite narrow which is expected for Japan hotel. Location within 10min walk to subway.

Sendai StopOver
Travelled to Sendai to witness the devastation of the tsunami. Stayed at Dormy as used this chain before. We had fantastic service from Samjhana on Reception who helped us with our car parking. She spoke v good English and was extremely polite - an asset to the hotel. Room was small as per usual and bed was a little hard but was ok for one night. Good wifi and nice breakfast with friendly staff. Close to large shopping mall with plenty of eateries. Would def stay again.

Good rooms and good location
Room was comfortable sized, clean and supplied with a good selection of toiletries. We requested for a non smoking room but got a room smelling of cigarettes but equipped with an air purifier and a linen spray. Fortunately, my asthmatic husband did not have an attack. Hopefully the rooms will be upgraded as they are a bit dated. We booked the hotel due to it's proximity to the airport bus stop at Tokyu Hotel next door. However, due to renovations at the Tokyu, the bus does not pick up passengers from there for the duration the hotel is closed. Thanks to the hotel staff, we were able to locate the next nearest airport bus stop. It's at Oasis 21 Sakae. Less than 10 minutes walk from Best Western. Oasis 21 has a mall and is linked to Sakae subway station and bus terminal for easy access.
