Good staff, not always expecting tips. Its just the activity guys that hound you to buy excursions from them which becomes annoying. Also don't trust the camel guys which tend to wait outside the resort for you.

The hotel is nice and lives up to its 4 stars. It is a fair way from the action and if you are looking to shop/party your holiday away then you would be better off in Naama bay but this is a good place to relax. The pools are lovely but the beach is pretty muddy and unimpressive and is a 15min walk away (shuttle bus every hour or so.) Having said that it has the best snorkelling we encountered anywhere in the red sea- better than our dives at Ras Mohammed!! The food was great and we went for the half board option as we were usually off doing something at lunchtime. Would do this again. Booze is pretty pricey by egyptian standards so if you are there to drink it's probably worth going all inclusive or stocking up in duty free/Naama Bay. Would stay here again.
