We had a lovely warm welcome, were upgraded to a Junior Suite due to a few problems we encountered however Mr Sayed fixed this within a matter of moments.
The staff are amazing, the restaurants are fabulous (we particularly enjoyed the Turkish and the Indian restaurant)... All the pool areas are just awesome. We absolutely loved it and would def go back in an instant.
We took a walk around to the nearby hotel complexes and they were horrible, nothing like the well maintained Rixos.
Fab choice and can't wait to go back.

Good staff, not always expecting tips. Its just the activity guys that hound you to buy excursions from them which becomes annoying. Also don't trust the camel guys which tend to wait outside the resort for you.
