everything in this resort was very nice, large spaces and very nice nature sights for taking photos, the staff is very friendly doing every effort to make you satisfied, prices are nice too.
I booked a room with a queen bed but they gave me a double bed, I called the reception to correct this and they changed my room in a few minutes.
free internet is only available in the lobby.
this place (Nabq bay) is near to the airport but it is located far from many well known placesin Sharm EL Sheikh, so it is a perfect place for staying in and relaxing and also to enjoy water activities.
I liked the pool very much its design and distribution is really amazing, the beach was nice too.

Staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. They work exceptionally hard and long hours.
Cleanliness excellent although the general state of repair of some of the public toilets and buildings left a little to be desired.
Food was overall really good, but with my husband being semi-vegetarian, and with me being intolerant to cow's milk, eggs and almonds, it was difficult to eat sometimes, as even vegetables would either be stuffed with mince or cheese or fried in batter. It would be helpful if they had an ingredients list or at least a "contains ..." list on the signs. Also signs were very bad English so sometimes you had to have a good look or even a prod around to see exactly what it was! I put these concerns into writing to the restaurant manager, so hopefully they will be addressed.
I once saw them use the tongs from raw chicken in the steak - I mentioned this to the restaurant manager so hoping that this is addressed also.
One other point was that there are no lifts (elevators) so for disabled access or those with buggies or prams it's very bad as you have to climb stairs to get anywhere.
Overall a great hotel. We probably won't go back as we like to go out and explore and in this area it was difficult to do anything except use the pools within the hotel or the hotel beach unless you spent money on a trip.

The hotel is nice and lives up to its 4 stars. It is a fair way from the action and if you are looking to shop/party your holiday away then you would be better off in Naama bay but this is a good place to relax. The pools are lovely but the beach is pretty muddy and unimpressive and is a 15min walk away (shuttle bus every hour or so.) Having said that it has the best snorkelling we encountered anywhere in the red sea- better than our dives at Ras Mohammed!! The food was great and we went for the half board option as we were usually off doing something at lunchtime. Would do this again. Booze is pretty pricey by egyptian standards so if you are there to drink it's probably worth going all inclusive or stocking up in duty free/Naama Bay. Would stay here again.
