We had a great time here for my birthday earlier this month in June 2015. I even got a cake and a fruit bowl for my birthday - though the hotel did forget when we checked-in and so gave it the day after. The super deluxe room (#715) overlooking the sea is great with stunning views of the Red Sea and Naama Bay. It wasn't even that much more expensive than the standard rooms so worth it. The staff were super friendly and remembered you, so would always greet you when they saw you. The piano/violin player in the lobby every evening was just so brilliantly talented and charismatic! We loved sitting there every evening, sipping on cocktails and listening to him play. Probably one of the hotel's best assets! Even the lobby bar staff (in particular the chap in the waistcoat Mohamed?) were a good laugh. The main La Terraza restaurant was very accommodating since the vegetarian choices were not great but the staff/chef was willing to cook me something off the buffet menu. The exception was La Scogliera which had great food always - went back several times here and the staff (Andrew/Habib) were great to have a joke around with! The overall hotel grounds were great, excellent facilities at the pools and spa. Definitely would return again!
I stayed there for the week of the 3rd Oct 2014 with my family consisting of my wife and 2. All members of my family were generally pleased with the stay and appreciated the friendly staff, spacious rooms, clean and well maintained facilities, and good food. However, two unpleasant incidents occurred :(1) Kids pool: The hotel contains one (out of 3 pools) suitable for young kids. It was difficult to find a spot in the kids’ pool during the hotel’s busy time. That pool has 50 seats, about 25% of the seats (11 – 12 seats) were automatically reserved for “owners”, even if the owners did not show-up, those seats would be reserved throughout the day. Also, that kids pool is the closest to the hotel’s pools’ bar, so it seems that this also attracts adults to sit on the kids pool for convenient access to the bar. We had an awful incident with one of the hotel’s drunk guests on that pool who got angry when pool water was accidently splashed on her and started shouting and cursing using very indecent language. I think the bar should not be located near the kids pool, and the hotel staff should be more aware and cautious of the alcohol tolerance of their guests.(2) Four emblems got stolen off my car when it was parked in the hotel car park. I immediately reported the incident and had a word with the hotel’s head of security who was very courteous, but the fact remained that my car had been damaged for about US$ 280 worth of damage and there was nothing done about it.

Myself and my wife went to this hotel highly recommended to us by my sister in law after her stay and I can positively say it did not disappoint. From our arrival to the end of our holiday we were made to feel so comfortable in our surroundings. Our room was a delight, it was very clean, the staff particularly our room cleaning staff lead by a gentleman by the name of Khaled always saw to our needs whether it was to supply fresh water to filling up our mini bar to clean towels etc. the reception area were filled with delightful staff led by one in particular Mahmood, he was very quick to meet our needs, helped us with our luggage on the first night, answered our queries. On our 4th night stay my wife came down with Gastroentiritis and had an episode in the Cafe Fresco and the doctors there were exceptional, they treated her, kept an eye on her regularly until she was fully recuperated. One hotel staff in particular Enas went out of her way to assist and was a delight during the entirety of our stay. I have to say being a global traveller alongside my wife I have never stayed in a hotel as amazing as this. I cannot fault this hotel, the management or the staff in their hospitality and this in our eyes, has to be the best hotel we have stayed in. We have already decided to revisit this hotel on our wedding anniversary. Should we return to Sharm-El-Sheikh which is real possibility we will for sure be staying at this hotel. This is a hotel I would highly recommend to all.
A great hotel close to beach, close to nightlife and shops. We had a small problem with our air conditioning (not great in 40 degree heat), however, as soon as we mentioned it to the reception staff they got someone on to it straight away and when we came back from our day out the room was lovely and cool and no more problems with it. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel - very helpful staff and easy check-in / check-out. I was not over keen on the poolside buildings; spread out over a large area. The golf cart to get me up two (of three or four) ramps with my luggage was very useful indeed. I would not have liked to try and find the room alone.
Nice hotel, staff at reception a bit agressive in applying the laws for example, I wanted to add a person to my room since I was registered by my self, they said I can't do that And I need to rent a new room. But other than that great experience nice facility average food. Do all inclusive
