“Delivered as promised”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Facility in good location to expressway and destination. One floor lamp had switch broken so did not work but all else was clean and worked well.

“good time weekend”

picked this motel by the reviews. We were very pleasantly suprised. The room had new clean rugs and the bathroom was cleaner than in most private homes. would go back there anytime.

“Quality experience at a budget minded Quality Inn”

The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable and a great value for the price. It is not an upscale, modern hotel. We would stay there again!

“Fine Hotel for the money”

Room was clean, pool was nice and the continental breakfast was fantastic, loved the waffle machine! Not your typical continental breakfast, would definitely stay there again

“decent place to stay”

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here. The first time, in the winter, wasn't so good. The heat wasn't working and we were freezing. This time (in the summer) was fine. We drove past the hotel at first so its location is a little bit off (the view, depending on the angle, is a bit obscurred from the road). It was a 15 minute drive from Mohegan Sun and 3 minutes from the Nautilus. Everything was fine this time. For the winter, I would go somewhere else but for the summer, I'd say its one of the better hotels in the area.

“No frills, but clean and comfortable”

This is a good basic hotel for travelers (we stayed one night while on the road for a college tour) and provided exactly what we expected: good location for our needs, a clean room with comfortable beds, and a complimentary breakfast the following morning. The employees at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, providing maps of the area and recommendations for restaurants, both in Groton and nearby Mystic, along with specific directions to Mystic Seaport and back to the hotel. For the price it was a good value.

“Navy Sub School”

It was a great hotel for the price, The TV was updated and you could conect your phone or other devices to it, The only thing i found that annoying was all the electrical outlets were wore out. If they changed these i would have rated the hotel a Five.

“Would stay again comfy but nothing fancy.”

I think the room was extremely comfortable for a very good price. There was some dirt in corner of bathroom and what appeared to be a small ink stain on the sheet. The positives were the sheets and bed, plenty of pillows. It also had a good hair dryer very nice tv. I would reccomend if one doesn't mind an older hotel with no elevator. Also would request extra towels! Overall I'd stay there again 15-30 from Mystic and Mohegan.

“Good Time”

We had a good time and the Hotel was clean and the room was nice. The mattress could be better but I slept ok. My only problem was the breakfast, the eggs were terrible, I could not eat them. They could just scramble up some eggs and put them in the bin to stay warm they would be much better. The pool was real nice too.
