My wife and I stayed for just one night and really enjoyed ourselves. The facilities were very clean and the colonial ambiance was most enjoyable. Our hostess was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast that she served was outstanding. The B & B is surrounded by extensive gardens adding additional interest to this old colonial home. We would have enjoyed spending more time there.

Very clean! Great location in small beach town. Newport mansions only an hour away. It's like 2 vacations in one. Only down fall is its a bit older so you don't have control of a/c room temperature and the windows, depending on the room may be in odd places. Staff was very nice and the restaurant is Wonderful!

My evening at the Inn was everything I hoped for. It was quiet yet friendly, the room was spacious and well decorated, the views really nice, despite the proximity to the highway (about which I was largely unaware during my stay except for its convenience). The breakfast room was just what I needed. The staff was attentive and helpful. I didn't attend the jazz club, but their schedule is impressive and room looks terrific. Highly recommended.

All staff were attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean. Tried to check in an hour early but room wasn't ready. No big deal; went and gambled and they called within an hour to let us know the room was all set!
