“Great Place to Stay”
Clean, conveniently located, large comfortable room. Woul definitely stay here again.
“Great Experience!”
Would definitely stay again. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. Casino shuttle was quick and easy.
“First Mohegan Visit”
From check in to check out everything was wonderful. I choose Hyatt for the convenice of the shuttle to Mohegan and received so much more. The staff were extremely pleasent and friendly. Thank you again.
“Great hotel”
My friends and I loved our stay at the Hyatt Place in Uncasville. Our room was very nice and clean. The service was great. I can't wait to stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you plan on going to Mohegan. :)
“Best kept secret hotel near Mohegan Sun”
I was very impressed with the hotel's interior including the room we booked. It's very simple and modern. The room was super clean and very spacious compared to other standard hotel rooms. When I asked when this hotel opened, the concierge mentioned that it opened only 8 months ago. You can't beat staying at a new hotel at the same price we would have paid at the other ones we previously stayed. The only problem I had wit this hotel was that the free breakfast did not include the hot food, such as eggs, bacon, and sausage. But, there were plenty of other breakfast choices that made up for that.

Stayed here when friends and I went to Mohegan Sun Wine Fest. I'm sure prices were high as a result of the event. Nice little hotel. Not fancy.
“Great until the very end”
The customer service was excellent. A gentleman, not sure if he was a hotel employee, offered us free tokens for the casino. We were leaving the next day, and weren't planning on going back to the casino. The hotel room was very clean and had a nice,big television. My 6 year old son loved swimming in the pool. The continental breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were polite. When we checked out, the employee said I owed money. I booked my hotel stay through Expedia and was charged the full amount at the time of booking. After explaining this to the employee, she said she punched in the wrong name, and not to worry, I would not be charged anything. A few days later, when looking at my bank statement, I was charged. After calling the hotel, and speaking with Sally, she said the employee accidentally charged me again, not Expedia. Sally told me the money would be credited back to my account in a couple of days. When checking my account a couple days later, I was credited all but the tax on the money they charged me. After calling the hotel, I was told that they would credit me back the tax . The hotels mistake could have costed me alot of insufficient fund charges.
“Just Right”
This hotel is a stone's throw from Mohegan Sun - a very cheap cab ride or they have a free shuttle. I was very impressed with the accommodations considering the price - what a great value! The rooms were quite large and the beds were very comfortable.
“Excellent stay, can't wait to go back!”
My friend and I stayed at this hotel and are very pleased. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Customer Service in this hotel was excellent! The shuttle back and forth from the casino was very helpful and they shuttle run is only about a ten minute wait which you dont usually find. The beds were also extremely comfortable. I highly recommend people try this hotel I think they will be pleased.
