“Very Pleased !”
This hotel was not fancy, but it was everything my family and I needed. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, friendly people. I wish that there was more than one elevator, but that's ok, I took the stairs a couple of times, helped me keep my weight under control. LOL! I will definately be back.
“A sure thing”
I am a timeshare owner at the schooner and have been very satisfied with the hotel. I just returned from a week vacation with my family and can always trust I am going to have a good experience at the Schooner.

i reall loved the hotel and it is nice and a good view of the beach need two elevators the elevator is verry slow

Very conveniently located and a great value for the money. The facility was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We have been there several times and will definitely go back.

The hotel room was very nice, it looked exactly like the pictures on the website and the decor was aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, it was right off the beach. The lobby looked to be under going some renovations and so was not as nice looking, but we were quite pleased when we saw our room.

I knew that this was an "older timeshare" hotel from the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised of how much I actually liked the place. The price for off season was GREAT! Yes it was "dated" but it was very clean and some of the room renovations with the carpet , lamps and window treatments really helped the appearance. The exercise room was minimal but OK. We didn't use the pool but not very impressive compared to other area pools. Over all I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for the anniversary get away weekend! Thanks so much! :)
“Home away from home.”
A quiet place to stay with everything you need - a home away from home. Located in a quieter part of Myrtle Beach, an easy bus ride to the party/action part of town.
“Highly Recommended to Anyone & Everyone!!”
We arrived late Friday night to learn the a/c thermostat was not working properly in our assigned room. Office staff promply placed us in another room for the night. Maintenance personnel arrived bright & early first thing the following morning and made the necessary repairs. I would MOST DEFINATELY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a get-a-way retreat.
“Simply Breathtaking!!!”
Absolutely incredible hotel. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful and the room and view was absolutely beautiful. I could not have asked for more. This hotel was by far the best I have ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach. Anyone would be so lucky to stay here!!!
“Good Hotel for the Value”
The hotel is getting older but the facilities are still nice. Every room is oceanfront, and has a kitchen, queen bed and seperate room for bunk beds. For the price compared to other hotels in the area it is very cheap. We were very happy with our stay.
