The oceanfront Paradise Resort is at the south end of Myrtle Beach, about a mile from the Family Kingdom Amusement Park & Waterpark. The resort is less than five miles from lively Broadway at the Beach, home to the NASCAR SpeedPark, the Myrtle Waves Water Park, Ripley's Aquarium, the IMAX 3D Theatre, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Free self parking available.
Set amid tropical landscaping, the resort includes an indoor/outdoor pool, a lazy river, a casual restaurant, a tiki bar with seasonal entertainment, and a fitness center with an indoor spa tub.
Built in 2006, this resort offers complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the resort.

Sandals Restaurant - Oceanfront dining. American favorites in a casual setting. Buffet breakfast bar. Lunch and dinner served à la carte daily in season.
Paradise Tiki Bar - Poolside bar serving drinks and grill items. Various entertainment, including DJ and karaoke during summer season.
Recreation
The indoor/outdoor pool features a large sundeck with direct beach access. A lazy river winds through the grounds. The fitness center is open daily from early morning till late evening.
This Myrtle Beach resort is located along The Grand Strand, offering more than 60 miles of wide, sandy beaches fronting the Atlantic Ocean. Popular activities include swimming, body surfing, boating, sunbathing, and fishing. Ocean Watersports, 1.5 miles from the Paradise Resort, offers parasailing, banana-boat rides, and personal-watercraft rentals.
The Grand Strand also boasts more than 100 championship golf courses. The Man O'War Golf Club and the Wicked Stick Golf Links are both about 10 miles from the resort.

“nice beachfront hotel”
We were very pleased with this hotel. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The pool area was smaller than we expected but it seemed all the beachfront hotels had small pools. Parking was tight in the garage attached to the hotel but there was an open lot across the street that was just as convenient. Would definitely consider staying again on a future visit.
“Will Stay Here Again”
The hotel was wonderful. The room set up was great. Everybody had their own place to retreat to when it was time to relax. The full kitchen was a money saver because we made most of our meal and the dishwasher saved us the arguement of who was washing the dishes. The washer and dryer meant that no one had to use a wet towel or bathing suit. Two bathrooms is definitely better than one and so is two balconies. The view was fabulous on the 17th floor. The room was quiet - we couldn't hear are neighbors at all. With in walking distance was a great putt putt that looked like a pyramid and a Dairy Queen, yum! Everything else we had to drive too, but that's okay because we spent most of our time on the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
“PARADISE HOTEL RESORT”
This Hotel was very clean and comfortable.
“Well worth the stay”
My family and I spent March Break (8th to the 14th) at the paradise resort. the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather. All of the rooms appear to have a balcony that looks directly out into the Beach/Ocean so you are able to really appreciate the view. The room we had in particular had to beds a full kitchen a bath and a living room with a murphey bed and a pull out couch. The kitchen was fully equiped including dish washer which we stocked up on groceries and made use off. Ours did not have a washer and dryer but I understand some of the larger units also have those. Our kids 13 and 11 made extensive use of the heated indoor outdoor pool and lazy river (indoors). While my wife and I also made occasional use of the pool and large hot tub. One note we have a large passenger van so we were not able to use the underground parking which I believe was a 7' clearance. However directly across from the Hotel is additional Paradise resort parking which for a young family did not seem all that inconveniant. All and all we were quite satisfied with our stay.
“Very nice and roomy”
My husband and I visited the hotel during "Grad Week" for our anniversary. We booked a oceanview room. The balcony was angled towards the ocean which was nice. The room was quite roomy (roomier than typical double efficient rooms). The bathroom was roomy as well. The staff was nice and helpful. The pool had a lot of chairs and we never had to look for a chair. The only regrets were that we wanted to get in the hot tub but is was overcrowded and didn't get in. The same with the outdoor pool. We also wanted a king size room but there was none available.
“Upgraded at No Extra Cost.”
It was even better than expected. They were overbooked and our room was upgraded at no extra cost. Wonderfully clean. Great view. Everything we needed.
“What a fantastic stay....”
We had a rough trip, it was late when we finally reached Myrtle Beach. Completely unfamiliar with the area, the fantastic staff got us to their door via phone link(for longer than I like admitting to}! Upon walking into the lobby, we were warmly greeted by the most gracious staff we've dealt with in years! We were given an upgrade in our reservation to a lovely, spotless, one bedroom room with a balcony over the beach. Quiet, relaxing and restful in a nicely appointed, spotless room assures us that we plan on returning soon and highly recommend Paradise Resort without hesitation!
“Clean and Quiet Revised - strange agreed”
I forgot to mention in my other review that there is a STRANGE window!! The window in the bedroom looks into the hallway. What is that about? We didn't have a problem because we kept the drapes closed, and our floor was pretty empty, but if the hotel is filled and there is noise that may be very weird and noisy.
“Everything you could possibly want, paradise!”
From the beautiful room to the beach side pools and bar a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation. New clean rooms with wonderful ocean view. We didn't visit the grill but it seemed really nice. Parking was great. Elevators fast. The only thing I would suggest is that they put strips on the bottom of the doors to cut the level of noise from the hallway.
“I will stay at this hotel every time”
I had nothing but a pleasant experience dealing with expedia and loved the hotel I stayed in.
