Lit très confortable. Piscine un peu froide.
Près d'un terrain de golf, merveilleux paysage; près des axes routiers importants tout en ayant un environnement calme. Et du beau temps (ça, c'est l'oeuvre de dame nature!).

Tres grand condo
Le chek in a ete tres long à l'arrivée et nous avons dû demander de changer de condo car le premier etait tout en tapis et celui-ci etait sale. Le deuxième etait mieux. La grandeur etait parfaite. Par contre, se sont des condos des annees 80 alors tout est vieux et désuet. Il faudrait que se soit raffrechi! Pour le prix cetait correct mais sans plus. Lacces aux attractions etait bien. Il etait bien situé. A 10 min de la plage.

We liked the layout of 203 Magnolia and appreciated the cleanliness. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable to just sit on. Laminate flooring panels were between the mattress and box springs in the bedroom.

Dirty covers, AC was not working had to call the office 3 times someone finally came, no parking decal was in the room had to get in out of over night box, no pool key had to wait until next day because office was closed and WiFi didn’t work once again had to wait until next day for office to open up

Screen door was broken and leaning against the patio. Two TV’s didn’t work. The living room tv volume would go up past 3 so you could barely hear it. The furniture was old cheap and outdated. The sinks in the bathroom had a slow drain. It was a terrible experience.

Great central location for our golf trip. Spacious 2 bedroom unit for two people, lots of room to spread out, handy full kitchen although if you are planning on doing lots of meal prep the kitchen only contained the barest of necessities. Worked ok for us as we only did breakfasts and golf snacks with dinner out but would have needed extra supplies if we were doing lots of cooking

I was disappointed. We have stayed plenty of times but this time the roaches was horrible. The room was nice it was clean but we keep killing roaches. You wake up and see a roach crawling across the wall. It was to the point we left. I informed the office staff no refund or take one night off.

I do apologize for your recent stay with us and the concerns you had during your stay. We do have pest control out monthly both in and out of the units. With the increased heat we have had this year it has made it a little more problematic but we are in constant contact with the pest control office when any are reported.

Roach infested. Complained 3 different times to front desk. They gave us a bottle of roach spray. We left a day early because of roaches in our beds. No internet...complained every day to front desk to no avail.

We checked in on a Wednesday afternoon and arrived about 15 or 20 minutes before check-in and had no issues fetting slightly early. Staff was quick and friendly. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo that had an awesome view of the lake from the back door. It is a mixed property so there are permanent owners on site but all were friendly. The indoor pool was hit with my kids and we eneded up spending hours there on day 2 of our vacation. There were plenty of dishes and everything was clean. The only issue we had was the dryer took a long time to dry. Property was well maintained and the condo was lovely and spacious. We will definatly look there first on any other trips to the area.

We do try to make sure all facilities and bedding in the unit are as needed, we are individually owned units and unfortunately it is up to the owner when it is time to change the mattress. We do offer mattress pads and covers for each guest bed.

I decided to book the villas because we stayed there before and had a great experience. This time the unit was dirty, the recliner was broken, the pull out bed on the couch was broken, the outlets in the unit did not work and the sink was clogged in the bathroom. My husband could not use his CPAP because the outlets did not work. I called the front office and they did not seem to care about all the issues in the room. They sent maintenance out to check the outlets and they said there was nothing wrong with the outlets. We paid alot of money and the unit was not worth it.

I am sorry that your experience was not as you would have liked. I do remember speaking with you and speaking with maintenance after you called about the issues with the outlets. Maintenance explained the outlets are controlled by the light switch in the unit. After we addressed the challenges with maintenance we never heard back and thought the issues were handled. I do apologize if this was not the case and do try to make every guests stay the best they can have.

We stayed in a unit privately owned and had no Wi-Fi even though it was advertised. It’s up to the owner to meet the requirements of the suite and they did not. They should have checks to make sure each owner is making property requirements for Myrtlewood. Raneesha from the front office was very kind and helped us as best she could but there was nothing they could do. We also had many troubles with our door locks and maintenance had to come to our room 3 separate times to fix the lock. We got locked out of our room for over an hour waiting to be let in. The maintenance men were very kind and helpful and were able to fix the problem each time. Would have been a better stay if equipment was up to date and the private owner met requirements.
