“No warning about extensive maintenance under way”

Nice hotel, but construction made stay less than satisfying

“This is not a 3 star. It s not on the beach.”

If you think this hotel s on the beach because of the words used to describe it, it is not. I would also not rate it a 3 star 1 1/2 to 2 at best. They treat you differently as an Expedia customer versus a Holiday Inn customer.

arrive to discover that booking was incorrect and employee was completely apathetic to my situation and in fact seemed to take pleasure in our issue. Completely unprofessional

Overall, the hotel itself was decent as for condition and maintenance. However, once upstairs it reaked of smoke, there was only one elevator, we werent able to find our room at first b/c door numbers were missing. It would have been nice to atleast have a fridge or microwave inside the room?! Due to construction outside, internet and phones were unavailable...staff weren't all that pleasant, and there was definitely no "spa tub". I will not visit again.
