When me and my wife arrived, debris all over the floors, showing it had not been cleaned.. Two of the front desk clerks had bad attitudes when I brought it to their attention, and uncaringly said someone would get to it shortly.. Then the other front desk clerk, Wanda, volunteered to go clean it, and did a great job.. I am appreciative of Wanda, and also appreciative of the breakfast preparer.. She was very attentive and enjoyable.

Jerome and the other lady at the deck (I'm sorry I forgot you're name hun) we're so wonderful. They were both very kind and accommodating. The breakfast this morning was one of the best INCLUDED BREAKFASTS that we've had at a hotel. We travel several times a month and this place was great.... (I never leave reviews, but this place is review worthy)

What I like was the location, it's a quick walk to tons of shopping, food and movies. The hotel was relatively clean. The room was without counter space in the bathroom to place toiletries The Breakfast was a 2 star. The food seemed old (bread was like stones) . Only offered eggs, pork, and carbs, they they ran out of all flavors of hot tea. The hosts spoke extremely loud, interrupted all other chatter.

Reservation was for single queen - non-smoking as I had for the last three years. I was put in a single king handicap accessible room. I asked for a correction - "none available". A little awkward equating to take a shower.

We enjoyed the hotel but our room didnt have any heat the first night. The front desk said they would send maintenance but they never came. Day two they moved us to another room but the bathroom light flickered off and on. Ugh

I was very upset that i got the option to not cancel because on the site it states no pets allowed but when i arrived their was dog treats at the door. The room smelled like dog and i heard barking dogs in early morning hours. I was very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible
I did not get to stay. My wife and I had troubles and she called and said that we may have to cancel because of our situation that we were in. I told her to not cancel the room and that we would be back in contact with them. We showed up at the hotel and were told the room had been cancelled. I told him we did not cancel the room but did talk to a lady earlier. He said she cancelled the room. I said that is not what we told her. He flipped the computer screen around at us knocking over the sign in a very agitated state. Then accused us of being hostile. Needless to say I will be contacting the head manager and letting them know the entire story. Worst hotel experience in my life. Oh and we had to find another place to stay at 12:30 in the morning.

The breakfast ladies were wonderful. The front desk people were also always helpful. The room was extremely clean. Room service skipped us 2x out of 4 nights, but we got our towels from the front desk and it was fine. We loved it.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was. We had not stayed there before. It was very clean, centrally located to where we needed to be. My only complaint is with Expedia. We booked a king room and when we arrived we were given a double. Fairfield property was very nice.
