“Great experience”

The resort was great. Maintenance and other hotel staff was extremely friendly. Some guests took too many liberties, staying out in pool or up in room and being loud way past midnight. Resort had everything and the park pass to the local state park was excellent. Far enough outside of Myrtle Beach to enjoy a quiet atmosphere.

“No soap or utensils”

The resort was pretty new, clean and very nicely landscaped. There were 2 pools and whirlpools. We had a 1 bedroom suite which was nicely furnished with a big screen TV, sitting area, kitchenette, bedroom, bath and small patio. The only problem we had was there were no kitchen utensils (knives, forks, spoons), no hand soap and no coffee cups to speak of. What we had were more like shot glasses. To be fair we were only staying overnight, so we didn't tell the hotel about our problems, so they didn't have the opportunity to fix the situation. Overall, we were quite pleased with the resort and would stay there again.

“"Can't wait to go back"”

My family and I have stayed here before and we always enjoy our visit at this resort. It is a quiet and peaceful . They also offer a free pass to the local state parks, which we have visited before. We look forward to our next stay.

“Economical condo for golfers”

Great accomadotaions with just the important amenities like the 2 pools and golf course. Not the place for someone who needs full service attention or wireless in their rooms but great for bargain shoppers

“A very pleasant experience.”

If we get the chance to go back, we will. It was a very pleasant stay and we were set up so well to entertain our son and grandchildren. There is a very nice pool and a playground that we were directly across from. It was all very convenient. We very much enjoyed receiving a free pass to the nearby beach. It was an overall pleasant experience.

“Excellent golf course”

The unit we rented was clean and roomy. The golf course was first rate and nearby restaurants in Murrell's inlet were varied and interesting. When you rent one of these units, remember that it is not serviced like a hotel room. You get fresh supplies each day, but be prepared to make your own bed.

“Great Value and Nice Place to Stay”

Recently stayed here with a party of 5. Took the two room suite which was very spacious and clean and great value. Complex was very clean and quiet. Pool was great for kids and always so clean as was the hot tub. Close to a number of attractions so it made it a nice home base. If you like to golf, the course looked very nice and you can rent bikes (very inexpensive). Can also borrow DVD's. Ellington gives free passes to two State parks and the beaches here were beautiful. Only dislike about the place was that there was very little to walk to and there were no sidewalks to walk on. You can access the fitness trail that was in the adjacent gated community, however, it wasn't very exciting. WIFI is free in the room. I would stay here again.
