Location is great, great staff & amenities are nice . Room needs better updating. Couch cushions uneven, spring broken & dirty pillows. Paper thin walls, we could hear the next door neighbors conversation. The entrance to the room is the bedroom so if you want to go to bed before midnight the neighbors doors slamming shut can be heard & felt. Lastly, the nightly music from 7-11 at the pool bar was loud & distracting. We were on the twelfth floor & it was hard to hear the TV in the living area. We couldn’t sit on the balcony & hear the waves over the music. Some music yes it is appreciated but, not nightly. This was are third time staying & we were hoping for improvements with the room based on the reviews stating there were recent renovations completed but, we were disappointed. We will not be returning.

Booked a 1 night stay and kind of happy I didn’t have to stay longer. Room was average and somewhat clean. Very noisy and the neighboring rooms were banging on our door all night keeping us awake.

It was a beautiful resort you didn’t even have to leave the resort it had everything there that you could need The staff was amazing. The rooms were great. The amenities were wonderful. It’s a great vacation to get away together with family or friends

Expedia sent check in details a day after I checked in to the property. Therefore I wasn’t aware of the parking rules for 1 vehicle. Thankfully it was slow enough where Anthony (front desk clerk) made a huge exception and gave us 2 passes. He was very accommodating on so many levels. The property was loud due to construction on the floor above us and we heard kids running back and forth up until midnight. I also found it weird they didn’t provide any dish detergent with having a full kitchen. Very clean and safe.

Restaurant was a very poor experience, we waited 20 min never being acknowledged, so we left, rooms had a musty smell, air conditioner was very noisy. No daily room cleaning all that was offers was towel exchange, but Pillows were comfortable

Our family of four stayed 3 nights in April. The room was dirty when we arrived. The indoor pools were closed due to water quality when we checked in. Only the outdoor lazy river was heated. The other outdoor pools were not as advertised and very cold. This left 1 lazy river and and 3 very crowded hot tubs. The indoor pool did eventually open. However, it was quickly dirty and over crowded as the hotel guests had limited options to chose from. Security had to address the older children throwing buckets of cold water off their balcony and onto the guests lounging in the outdoor chairs. Breakfast at Sea Level was over priced for items on the buffet. We spent $75 for cereal, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Our waitress did offer to make bacon as it was not on the buffet. Bowling alley and ice cream shop were nice! Overall, would not stay again.

The oceanfront Suite was great and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was kids throwing things from the balcony onto the pool area, and that is dangerous. Besides that, we would recommend, especially during nice weather as the back pool area really feels like you’re away on vacation!

We loved our stay! We went for spring break with the kids and we really didn’t even need to leave to resort! Everything you need is right there! Multiple bars and restaurants, a kiddie pools and splash pools heated pools inside and out! Arcade, bowling alley. The restaurant food is amazing the drinks can get pricey at the bar but they are delicious! They even have a grocery store! The rooms were nice and quiet. Room service was friendly the views were amazing! 10/10 I’ll be staying here every time I visit the beach!

I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Went with some family members and this was their choice so I booked and whew BAD idea. Who still has carpets and step on showers in hotels including carpet on the balcony?? Rooms were not very clean. There were stains on our bed and whoever stayed above us were very noisy at night
