Balcony carpet was not clean , it should have been vacuumed. A broom and dustpan would have been very very handy to have in Condo. Filters for coffee machine, we had to buy 200 ,and only used 10. A few hooks in Bathroom to hang clothes. A free one breakfast buffet coupon for weekly rentals.

It need to update , the room some area dirty , the comforter was old and thin with threat coming out of it , but the staff was very nice and the restaurant staff and the bar food and drinks was good , the bathroom need update

Nothing unique. 2nd floor room located right on top of latch gate slamming, shuffleboard players smoking and swearing all day and night, balcony opened up onto swim deck so NO privacy, lights blaring in, no cutlery AT ALL. Called front desk but no help. Will, the maintenace man was professional and helpful.Thanks Will!! All in all would not recommend.

People at front desk were rude, both at check-in and at checkout. Where the rooms were actually not bad. The property was rundown in appearance and trashy. Will NOT be staying again.

My family and I booked a stay here for this past weekend for my husband's and I's wedding anniversary. We've stayed here before and enjoyed it, so we knew somewhat what to expect. It started off great, check in was smooth and easy. The front desk lady we had was very polite and friendly. We got to our room and was so happy with the what we booked. It was a 3 bedroom condo in the Mariner building with full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, huge balcony and beautiful ocean view! My husband and I picked the room closest to the end with the balcony. We loved it, but for some reason, the rest of the condo had great AC and ventilation, but our room stayed hot. We definitely woke up sweating. Saturday night it stormed pretty bad and we had to stay inside because all of the pools got shutdown, understandable. But we found ourselves having to soak up towels with rainwater because a good bit of water came in to our room, even with the door shut and locked. I'm not too sure if the rain brought them out, but I did see a couple of roaches in our bathroom that night as well. We won't even deal with roaches at home! I will say that the Compass Cove restaurant was awesome! We went down for breakfast both Saturday and Sunday mornings and was not disappointed! The place was packed both days! But service was fast, food was hot and delicious, the price was reasonable, and our servers were very friendly! I also want to mention that our kids loved every bit of the water fun there is, especially the slides!

The room was not clean. The balcony adjacent to ours was blocked off for pigeons to nest in which cause an abundance of pigeon activity and waste. Service for washcloths was requested several times but we never received any all week.

I always love the oceanfront location and so many amenities. But this time m6 favorite lazy river and pool were closed and workers gave different reasons, so, I.e., lying. I picked Schooner to be close to their river and pool, both closed. Have difficulty walking but had to go to pinnacle to fine heated outdoor pool. Also grandson found money, turned it in and was told to get it Friday if unclaimed. But then on Saturday they said he had to wait 30 days! So much for doing the right thing! Will be surprised if they ever send him that money. Very disappointing visit.

Had a great stay with the family. Some issues we had were that we checked in at 1:30 and our room wasn’t ready. They did give us a courtesy call at 4 when it was ready. When we go to our room the cleaner was still in there until 6:00. Our room was ok and fit our need. Carpets were dirty not with crumbs but you had to wear flip flops inside bc your feet would become black with dirt. While in the pool we had to notify security about the baseball team that stayed above the pool because they were throwing stuff off their balcony. Breakfast buffet was really good and had southern food options, restaurant was affordable and had a good atmosphere. Front desk staff were very charming and knowledgeable. Tiki bar was under staffed and had a line around the shuffle board court. Plenty of parking on site but spots were tight. Easter bunny was great by the pool side, DJ had a nice vibe by the pool. Overall had a good experience at Compass Cove but I don’t know if I would return.

When I first went in the lady was a little rude about how to get the reservation i have an autistic grandchild and i had 2 of my grandbabies with me and they were ready to get settled in we had a funeral to get to when i was finally able to check-in the gentle man who checked me in was very nice and curtious the lady once again was a little rude my autiatic grandbaby touch a sign while i was checking in and it was just a little rude to me ... i have used your facility in the past and they have accommodations where always trying to help this time it felt like a bother

The room was not what I booked. I booked an ocean front with 2 beds I got partial ocean view with one bed. There was loud music and doors slamming and young people yelling and partying til the middle of the night. The rooms are old and tired. Would not recommend!
