Camelot By The Sea by Oceana Resorts features beach access over wooden stairways that protect fragile grasses. Fold-up cabanas and beach chairs can be rented from independent operators. “30 years and counting”
This is not our first visit to Camelot. It was a wonderful experience and we will most certainly go back. This was our 30th anniversary and it will remain special due to our stay at Camelot.

Great location! Not a far walk from the boardwalk and a 3 min drive to celebrity circle.. Nice hotel, great view, friendly staff and good prices.
“Best stay ever”
It was our first time staying at the Camelot. We have stayed at other hotels in Myrtle Beach and we found this one to be the best one for us. The rooms were very clean ,our towels were exchanged daily. The amenities were great. We are older not yet retired with grown children so it was just the two of us and it was a perfect vacation. We will be going back.

I was quite satisfied with the room, especially for the price that I got it for. It was well worth the money. The room was clean, nicely furnished, but not overdone. It was good to have a fair sized kitchenette with dishes, pans, pots, and other cooking implements clean and ready for use. The location was superb and the parking was not at all a problem for me(it may be an issue for people with very large trucks and/or trailers but most vehicles shouldn't have a problem). I liked the view of the beach and the dvds already in place in the room were a convenient touch. My suite was comfortable and the employee working the lobby was incredible friendly. I will say that my shower water didn't get very warm, but I think that was a room issue and not a hotel-wide issue. It's right on the beach and it was a couple of pools, a jacuzzi, and a small lazy river with inner-tubes and a little kiddie pool. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book with this hotel again!
“When in Myrtle Beach receive a King's treatment at Camelot by the Sea”
Camelot by the Sea is the ideal location for a beach vacation. The hotel is centrally located to most major attractions and all the incoming highways. Located on the ocean, most of the rooms have spectacular views of the ocean and beach. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. All the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The pools and the pool area were very well maintained. There is one drawback with the hotel if you are a smoker. The hotel is totally smoke free. We feel that the quality of the hotel, the cleanliness and size of the rooms, the location and friendliness of the staff, far exceeded our expectations. Taken everything into consideration, the hotel provides a relaxing and a quality for a vacation for a lot less cost than many of the other hotels in the area. I highly recommend you give Camelot by the Sea a call on your next visit to Myrtle Beach.
“Not a Bad Deal”
We enjoyed our stay. The maids took the towels and didn't return them until late afternoon and the pool needed more pool towels. Other than that, it was great. I loved being able to park on the level that your room was on. The pool area was nice. It was easy to get to the beach. The view from the balconies were nice. We didn't use the kitchen and there weren't many pots and pans so you might want to bring some.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!
