In addition to an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, Beach Colony provides a sauna and a fitness facility. The condo offers a restaurant and a coffee shop/café. Guests can unwind with a drink at one of the condo's bars, which include a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. Public areas are equipped with complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access.
This condo offers access to audio-visual equipment and small meeting rooms. Event facilities include conference/meeting rooms, exhibit space, and banquet facilities. This beach condo also offers a children's pool, an arcade/game room, and a picnic area. Onsite parking is complimentary.

Beach Colony offers 218 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature DVD players and safes. Rooms open to balconies. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.
Rooms are equipped with dial-up Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include complimentary newspapers and phones with voice mail; free local calls are provided (restrictions may apply). Additionally, rooms include irons/ironing boards and blackout drapes/curtains. Housekeeping is offered daily and wake-up calls can be requested.

Nice location, not too crowded, great heated outdoor pools - kids stayed half of the vacation in them ;-),Great view from the ocean suites, full kitchen - we had a very pleasant stay!
“Our MB home away from home”
Beach front rooms. 10th floor balcony provided spectacular view of ocean and beach. Two swimming pools, a third wading pool for moms and tots,a lazy river, and an in-ground hot tub. Outside bar is next to pool, lazy river and spa. Ample parking, indoor raquet ball court, game room, laundry room, restaurant all on sight. Center of golf world, 10 miles from 12 courses, 20 miles from 25 courses. Great shopping and dining within minutes. Aquarium, dinner shows, T.I.G.E.R.S sanctuary are all "must see's". The highways in and out are much improved in last 10 years.

“Great place, great price!”
I was very impressed with our condo. Everything was very nice and clean, we had a beautiful view on the 16th floor and the staff was friendly. Our room was not like alot of hotel rooms where you could hear every sound from outside or next door, we were very happy about that! For the price we paid, it was great, including our private, oceanfront balcony. The tiles in the room were very slick when wet, which I thought was silly and I did fill out a customer survey there saying that they should have different tiles. Also, the bartender during happy hour on a Sat did not know how to make a drink for her life, but those were the only 2 complaints for the whole time. We did not know that it was bike week when we booked, but that worked out for us, the bikers were not at the beach and pools which is what we wanted to do. The pools were awesome! My kids didn't want to leave the heated outside pool, kiddie pool and the lazy river, day or night! We will be returning for sure and we may even come bike week again!
“Comfortable Convenient Hotel by the Beach”
This hotel was a 3 star. Easy to find by GPS. Right on the beach with easy access to all of the major stores and restaurants. Very close to the shopping outlet. Very clean, items in the kitchen and cabinet were from the owners of the time share but they were clean. Peeling dining table wasn't appealing but clean. View of the ocean from the balcony was nice. Beds were comfortable. Shower head in bathroom wasn't great but bathroom was a good size. Not great carpet but acceptable. Pools, jacuzzi's, pool side bar/grill and walkway access to the beach was awesome. Overall a great choice for a quick stay by the beach.
