The hotel has nothing special. All the services I need are available. However, the manager was very kind and extended check-out from the hotel until 6 o’clock in the evening. This is can not find in any hotel.

Overall, a nice place. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the food served at the hotel I thought was very good. I can’t speak for all rooms but the one I was staying in did have to stains on the carpet, but isn’t rally that big of a deal. The room overlooked the courtyard below with a restaurant and shops and it was quite loud on the weekend until after 11 PM. Only other issue was the hot water in the shower would cool and lose pressure and then pressure would increase and the water temp would heat up almost too hot.

Disappointing
It was ok. The window seals were damaged and therefore it was very noisy especially where you are located on the (busy) street side. The carpet was dirty. Towels were missing, reception did not provide them even after calling them, and the WiFi is limited to only a few devices so if you have a laptop, personal phone, private phone, you will be in trouble. Reception was rude and did not want to open access to more devices, I had to argue for a long time with them to get WiFi on my other devices. For a 4* hotel it is not appropriate to "beg" for WiFi.

One of the worst hotel I stayed in. I was given a room that smells of damp. I asked to change and was given another one which smells the same. I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. You call the reception and they never answer.

The hotel upgraded me from single room to an amazing apartment 3-bed rooms with the same amount I paid. Everything is nice about the hotel, the only thing that I noticed an unpleasant odor in all bathrooms.

Great hotel, really helpful staff
I spent 3 days in Oman, I had booked excursions most days so I didnt want to spend too much on a hotel I wouldnt spend any time in. However I was pleasantly surprised, I expected this to feel like I'd got mixed up in a conference. The hotel was comfortable, staff friendly and the pool area was an added bonus

Better options around for the price
Very difficult to access despite being right alongside an 8-lane highway. Not in an ideal location: staff not particularly helpful, no breakfast, very limited food/drink options. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable, but overall overpriced for what was provided. Better options available locally.

I was only here for 2 nights and it was sufficient for my needs. However it being an Islamic country and being Muslim myself I was expecting to have a prayer Mat available in my room but there wasn’t.

The hotel looks okay fron the outside and the lobby is okay as well. The hallway decor is also okay but seemed like it was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The room was spacious but very drab. It was dark and dingy. There was alot of empty space that made the room quite awkward. The decor and furnishings need to be updated. Overall, it was quiet and cheap. But if you need something a little nicer and also cheap I woild try a familiar chain hotel in the area.

Good hotel, you have restaurants and hypermarket nearby. For my business trip I didn't need anything else. It was strange not to have the B&B option during the online reservation so paid for the breakfast 9 OR separately.

Nice hotel close to airport
We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and free parking. The staff was very accommodating especially since we did not arrive until 2am because of our flight. The room was clean and very large. We did eat breakfast at the hotel which was a very large buffet with many choices and an attentive staff.

Tired Hotel
This hotel was obviously once very good as seen by the awards won in 2015 that they proudly display. It seems very tired now and in need of updating. On the plus side the staff were generally friendly and the gym was very good. On the minus we had road noise due to the window not sealing correctly, we had no hot water (which was improved somewhat after we requested it be addressed), the hotel generally feels abandoned in its common areas and it is very poor value at the rates charged. There are far better hotels at a more reasonable price point to choose from.

What an amazing stay in Muscat. City Season is not located in the Middle of the City however is a center point for any particular destination and attractions. Near to the malls, supermarkets and traditional restaurants. The staff were all the time looking after the cleaning and customer services, except for the staff at the leisure facilities which are less friendly however the place runs smoothly. The events taking place do not affect at all the clients and its privacy and comfort. The reception team was amazing and supporting. There is a local working feont desk always impeccably white and polite. I definitely recommend the hotel and I will come back if the possibility arise.
