Very clean and excellent coustomer service . The South Indian traditional food was so good . The buffet breakfast was very nice . The receptionist went out if his way to the street to get me a taxi negotiate the price and he make sure I was not ripped off. I was treated like a family member .

Very hospitable staff and the restaurant food was varied and always at a very high standard. The only disappointment was the under powered shower. In my opinion, the showers (we stayed in two different rooms) need a radical upgrade

Luxurious hotel for a budget price (for Oman)
As a backpacker who's used to staying in rock-bottom budget hotels and hostels this was one of the most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, huge bed, bathroom, small balcony, TV with BBC World but not many other English language channels, air-con and free wi-fi plus a great free buffet breakfast. I'm not used to such luxury. It was great to also have a bath but I just wish the hot water boiler was bigger so I could've filled it more that a few inches before the water ran cold.

Close to airport
Hotel is not particularly appealing. Easy to find, parking ok. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is poor. Opens on the seeb souq conveniently. Overall i would only recommend this to somebody looking for cheao value for money accomodation near the airport.

bad service, this was a business trip from dubai. on webpage it clearly should free cancellation of reservation. client had border check documentation problem. The hotel refused to cancel nor alter the reservation days from two to one day. i compiled to make payments for today's in one way or another. this is was very first instant. Hotel.com, management should review the contract with this hotel. Secondly, i was informed any cancellation should be done through the hostel.com portal page. This is a monopoly and customer is at loss. My business client were returned from UAE border and i paid for 2 nights advance.

I stay in the hotel 3 days, the hotel need renovation and the service need to be improved. There was no housekeeping over my entire stay, everything outdated, information in Reception was poor I will for sure not come back, even I like the small city and all the shops around.

Simple accommodations, but clean. If you expect a western style breakfast, you'll be lacking in choice, but if you're willing to go local, the food selection is excellent (maybe spicy for some people). Can be tricky to find parking in the area.

Out of the way from Muscat
The lobby was nice, but the room was over top of a disco or entertainment area and music played till late into the morning. Being from ,another country the 5:30 prayer was surprising. There were no English channels on the tv. There was a hard bed and there was hot water. It was ok for the price but really far away from Muscat and an expensive cab ride.

I enjoyed the staff at the hotel. They were very helpful. The hotel is located in a good spot in the suburban town of Seeb (about 20 to 30 min. up the coast from Muscat).

Great for a night (layover etc)
Chose this hotel purely on location- close proximity to the airport. Needed a place to rest for the night during my layover. Good location, easy access to the airport. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, big & nice. No cable TV, unless you wanna watch Arabic TV. Food was ok- restaurant's ambience gives a creepy vibe, very dark, needs more daylight.

A great effort was made toward a western standard hotel in an Arab country during Romadon. There were English newspapers, English TV channels on a flat screen TV which they had to show me how to opperate and a great western breakfast served free in the room during the fast! They had some difficulity with the paperwork but eventually sorted it all out correctly as to what I had agreed to pay when I reserved it on line. The location was on the other side of the airport from the old city and city center. It is a long taxi ride to tourist locations, but it was near the sea in a nice, typical little community with a market, some resturants and small supermarkets. If the location were better, I would stay these again.

Humble, but clean and comfortable
I had a quiet time-out from the hustle and bustle of life here. There's very little for the tourist here, but the souq and water are a close walk. I also had no trouble with the internet. The room was very clean, but the shower did not work very well; apparently water pressure is limited in Oman. The bed was comfortable and the room was worth the price.

Value for money in Muscat
I visit Oman quite often but this is the first time I have stayed at this hotel & it won't be the last. It was clean, convenient & one of the best value for money hotels I have stayed in anywhere around the world.

The hotel was not at all as it seemed to be on the internet. It looked much nicer in pictures than it did in person. The rooms had a funny smell, the bed was uncomfortable, and it was very noisy. The breakfast buffet was very limited, and the internet service was unavailable. Our room was never cleaned either! ok

Reasonable business hotel
Cheap, basic hotel. Caters mainly to non-western travelers. Very polite. Good restaurant. Indian food mainly. Good it your business is near Seeb or the airport. Not a good tourist hotel mainly due to its location. On the Seeb Souq loop. Not picturesque, but lots of shops of all sorts. Not touristy like the Muttrah Souq. Parking is not easy if you have a rental car, but no one seems to bother with the no parking signs. I'm staying there again.

Not the bargain it seems...
I would advise avoiding this hotel - although I felt safe here, I didn't feel very comfortable and it was not the bargain that it seemed on the website. The stated airport transfer is NOT included in the price of this hotel; I was charged OR8 each way. The beach is a 30-minute walk away. Room service is pretty poor but it is cheap; however, I was made to feel very guilty for bringing my own food and drinks into the hotel - there are signs telling you not to do this. Internet access is very sporadic. There are better hotels in the region, which may cost a little more but are definitely worth it.

Hotel simple et correct pour une étape
Hotel correct pour y passer une nuit lors d'une étape. Petit déjeuner très très basique par contre. Wifi très bien dans la chambre ou on était.
