“Very Comfortable”

Always great service. We continue to stay there year after year since about 1989. The rooms have been recently updated and are very nice for such a moderately priced hotel. They've also expanded the breakfast area which is more comfortable. The continental breakfast is quite basic. Less but better would be my suggestion and stronger coffee, but for the price of the hotel, it's not bad. My only complaint is that the pillows are uncomfortably hard. Location is convenient.

“A Very Nice Stay”

I recently had a very nice stay at the Baymont. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and well kept. The pool as exceptional. I would recommend the Baymont to other travelers in this area.

“Comfortable, Affordable, Enjoyable Murray Stay - All the Way!!!”

The Baymont Inn and Suites in Murray is my choice when visiting friends and family aligned with Murray State University. The very nice rooms, great indoor pool, convenient location and yummy breakfast and fresh coffee make the Baymont the best stay for me. Having visted Murray multiple times in the last ten years, I have found the Baymont staff and facilities the greatest at making my visits comfortable and enjoyable.

“Good bargain”

The hotel was great for the price and convenience to my business destination. The bedding was updated and comfortable. The bathroom was a little outdated but clean.

“We won't be back”

The accomodations were rather run down and things like a cracked bathtub and peeling formica on the counter tops conveyed a message of neglect. The room was also rather cramped and did not accomodate or family well even though we are average size people. Another guest was able to access our room when the front desk mistakenly rented our room out and gave them a key. We got this straightened out but then were unable to enter our room with the keys we had been issued. The complimentary breakfast was pitiful and they never did replenish the milk. Finally, there was a delegation of "soccer families" staying in the hotel at the same time who totally emptied out the ice machines and made for a rather noisy night/morning.
